Horrible experience. Lowes and Home Depot are superior options. Do not recommend. Many others have told me about similar experiences here.

The item i really needed, a common GFI, was shown as available with plenty in store but actually wasn't. But I needed a new mop. It was on sale and I had $5 myLowe's money. Checked out, checked "apply mylowes"and all discounts were applied. I should have taken a screen shot because apparently, even though the item is paid for, you have to tell the pickup people to apply the $5 mylowes credit. Huh. I wanted my $5. What to do. Call the store and ask for my credit? Nope they can't do it. They give me a customer service number. 14 min of wasted time with that number. Well I'm going past the store in a couple days on my way to Pittsburgh. I'll reorder, take a screen shot right before place my order and return the other one. What a waste of everyone's time. Incidentally checked on my order on Lowe's website and it came up with the wrong price. Checked on my credit card and it has the right charge with the discount applied Lowe's really ought to change the information on your order page to match what you see right before you place your order with all discounts applied. This time I was smart. I took a screen shot so I can argue. I doubt I will ever use Lowe's pick up at the store again if I have any discounts. No wonder people go to Amazon. I expect to be charged the amount that I see right before the Place My Order button. Watch them.

What is it with these home improvement stores that have apps that don't fully work. We ordered 11…read moreforty pounds of pellets for the pellet stove. That is 440 pounds! I selected the free curbside pickup. Until pickup, everything went smoothly. After describing my car and its color, I punched repeatedly "I'm here" on the app only to get an error message saying something was wrong on their end. We tried several more times before giving up and calling the store. No one answered the phone. So hubby headed into the store, waited in line, until a cart was wheeled out with 11 bags of pellets. Oh no. I specifically asked for curbside pickup because we are older and that is alot of weight. I did not want him wheeling this cart that had a mind of its own. I certainly was hoping curbside pickup with this weight meant that you'd get help. I myself am useless lifting that much weight. So 5 stars for ordering but 1 star for pickup averages to 3 stars. That is probably overly generous because Ontario Home Depot failed on everything they specifically had control over.

Arrived at 2:50 and they rented it to the man in front of me in line. I explained who I was and that I was there to pick up and rent the tiller and they said they thought the other guy was me, didn't check his name (even though he has to sign a contract with his name and provide an ID), and had already signed the contact and couldn't void it. Manager came over and apologized and offered to have them hold it for me when the man returned it, which could be tomorrow morning or the day after, but that they would call me. Ironic that they asked me to trust them to do a more complicated task then "don't rent this to anyone else until 3 except this person" when they miserably failed at that one. Needless to say I left and won't be returning. I have a Pro account with HD and have spent $10k+ in the last 12 months. No more. Sad that HD is sinking to this level of customer service and cannot provide basic, simple services to their customers without failing.

Buyer Beware! I had Mr Appliance come out to repair my…read moredryer. Fixed promptly, though expensive just paid it. Dryer started making a new noise when I went to use it. They came back out and moved the dryer twice but could not find the problem, no charge. Fast forward to today. I only have a couple loads of laundry on Saturdays but began noticing lint in my laundry room. So I moved the hamper only to find 4 inches of lint beside the dryer and on the vent pipes. So I vacuum it up only to find the metal box housing that connects the dryer vent to the outside vent is busted open and that's where the lint is coming from. I thanked God a fire did not start in that small confined area. I called Mr Appliance today to explain the problem and sent them pics as well. When no one called me back with a resolution I called again only to be informed that since it had been a month and a half I would have to pay for them to come out and fix it eventhough they were the ones who busted it moving the dryer in and out. I had initially thought they were decent, pricey but came quickly. So now when a problem arrises I realize their customer service is poor at best. Us seniors really have to be careful who we hire because there seems to be more and more trying to take advantage of us. So if you're considering this company read all the reviews and then decide. I will be calling someone else to fix their mistake. I wish I could post the pics of it.

Hats off to the repair man. I had Jack as my repair…read moretechnician,very professional,in just speaking ti him briefly he knew right away what it was,told me that it needed a new wiring harness. I wont mention the name of my appliance. But its problem is in cheap factory wiring that came on the washer itself. I chose to replace the harness,I knew it didnt have to be.it was my choice. I want what is better for my washer. Now I will take up the Problem with the manufacturer. If they take half off the repair. I will buy the new dryer,if they dont. I will choose another brand. When you get something repared folks. You half to realize they Arent the problem. The problem is what your asking them to do. Micowaves are on here. That is a manufacturing problem. Go buy another one. Mr.Appliance at this location, did me right. The rest is my problem. Thank you Mr.appliance. Thank you Jack. Highly recommend him.
