I am annoyed with in-store pickup. This store is a 40 mi round trip and with my car that's a gallon of gas. The item i really needed, a common GFI, was shown as available with plenty in store but actually wasn't. But I needed a new mop. It was on sale and I had $5 myLowe's money. Checked out, checked "apply mylowes"and all discounts were applied. I should have taken a screen shot because apparently, even though the item is paid for, you have to tell the pickup people to apply the $5 mylowes credit. Huh. I wanted my $5. What to do. Call the store and ask for my credit? Nope they can't do it. They give me a customer service number. 14 min of wasted time with that number. Well I'm going past the store in a couple days on my way to Pittsburgh. I'll reorder, take a screen shot right before place my order and return the other one. What a waste of everyone's time. Incidentally checked on my order on Lowe's website and it came up with the wrong price. Checked on my credit card and it has the right charge with the discount applied Lowe's really ought to change the information on your order page to match what you see right before you place your order with all discounts applied. This time I was smart. I took a screen shot so I can argue. I doubt I will ever use Lowe's pick up at the store again if I have any discounts. No wonder people go to Amazon. I expect to be charged the amount that I see right before the Place My Order button. Watch them. read more

sat there waiting on an associate for over 15 mins to open a case and had it announced by a check out associate and still no help

Sad how this store has gone downhill. Employees act like you are burdening them when you have a question or need assistance. It is also amazing that NO ONE on duty knows how to use the miter saw for cuts! Give me the code and I'll do it myself! Don't want to do your job, fine! Let me do it for you. We already check ourselves out and no lanes are ever open. Also the trim molding I was looking at had mold on it and they did not seem to care. Needless to say I will be giving my business to Menards and Home Depot. Thanks Lowes for being WORTHLESS! read more

Horrible experience trying to buy a washer dryer, waited 15min before anyone came to help had to ask someone to find the appliance worker she finally showed up and had an attitude, guess we interrupted her cigarette break, what we wanted was out of stock, ok fine what else do you have, her reply, what do you want? Um gee a WASHER AND DRYER Einstein. Was less than interested in helping very rude as are most Asian people, and they don't like stereotypes lol well the shoe fit. Went to mount vernon not only was I promptly helped, I walked out with what I wanted. I'll drive the 40min to mount vernon before driving 20min to this location. read more

David K the appliance specialist was hands down amazing!! He went above and beyond with helping us buy our first ever appliances. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. Other David also showed up and they were a great team while having a joking inviting atmosphere. I would definitely recommend requesting David K if you were like us and had no idea what you were looking for! read more

Literally the worst hardware store in Ontario, not because their products sucks but because their customer service sucks assssss. You can never find any help and when u do find help they will only help u with what's in their section, so if you need something from lumber and flooring they'll literally send u from side to side instead of helping you with everything. And it's not like it's my first time, this is how it is every damn time!!!! This is why I go to menards. They won't ever see me there again. Pure crap read more

Lowe's in Ontario takes for granted customers will keep coming just because of some good sales , but as another stated if you need help you will be confused wandering aisles looking for someone ! This is not a isolated one time problem it's every time I go there . Also more than likely they will call for help & that call number will go unanswered until whom ever picks up & the person showing up will not be of no help because as usual they will say this is not their department ! If Lowe's would practice customer service or preach it to their employee's before doors open daily eventually it might get better , but until than you will be a lost idiot scratching you're head talking to yourself cussing under your breath trying to find help , proper help that is . read more
