I certainly could not let my Mother go without something to celebrate her. I went on line to order her some flowers the day before Mother's day, every single place was booked and the earliest they could deliver was Monday May 11th, many of them were even later than that. Placed my order with Kafer's they had a Mother's Day Special that I chose and the flowers were delivered that same day!! I was shocked, my Mom called me so excited and the flowers were beautiful. No resolution so he left the flowers because we're not going to harm or kill our cats. I went in hoping to resolve the issue and the shorter haired lady began to yell at me and raise her voice. I asked her to stop raising her voice to me, and explained that I have cats and the lilies are toxic and deadly to them. She condescending told me that the cats would have to eat the flowers- not correct as pollen in the air will harm them. She again began to raise her voice again, even after I told her that it has been a very trying day. At this point in the conversation I was becoming upset and starting to cry so I turned around and tried to walk away and out the door. She continued to yell at me as I left. No flowers for my birthday, out $120 since they wouldn't resolve the issue and kept the flowers, and made to cry on my birthday. No I would never recommend this business, truly uncaring individuals.
