No resolution so he left the flowers because we're not going to harm or kill our cats. I went in hoping to resolve the issue and the shorter haired lady began to yell at me and raise her voice. I asked her to stop raising her voice to me, and explained that I have cats and the lilies are toxic and deadly to them. She condescending told me that the cats would have to eat the flowers- not correct as pollen in the air will harm them. She again began to raise her voice again, even after I told her that it has been a very trying day. At this point in the conversation I was becoming upset and starting to cry so I turned around and tried to walk away and out the door. She continued to yell at me as I left. No flowers for my birthday, out $120 since they wouldn't resolve the issue and kept the flowers, and made to cry on my birthday. No I would never recommend this business, truly uncaring individuals.
