Alta's flowers were breathtaking! They were so big and beautiful it was difficult to pick which one you wanted. Mom and I always came home with a truck full of flowers. I still order flowers from her because they are always on time and you are never disappointed. The prices are reasonable. I usually order an angel to put in my arrangements. I was expecting a small one, but she put in a nice sized one of good quality and she even added a big pink bow! What is it with these home improvement stores that have apps that don't fully work. We ordered 11…read moreforty pounds of pellets for the pellet stove. That is 440 pounds! I selected the free curbside pickup. Until pickup, everything went smoothly. After describing my car and its color, I punched repeatedly "I'm here" on the app only to get an error message saying something was wrong on their end. We tried several more times before giving up and calling the store. No one answered the phone. So hubby headed into the store, waited in line, until a cart was wheeled out with 11 bags of pellets. Oh no. I specifically asked for curbside pickup because we are older and that is alot of weight. I did not want him wheeling this cart that had a mind of its own. I certainly was hoping curbside pickup with this weight meant that you'd get help. I myself am useless lifting that much weight. So 5 stars for ordering but 1 star for pickup averages to 3 stars. That is probably overly generous because Ontario Home Depot failed on everything they specifically had control over.

I came to the store and ordered a fridge, and paid to have it delivered and brought inside. I was told i'd be given a 30 minute heads up before the delivery drivers arrived. First day, they call me and say they are 15 minutes away. I will not make it in 15 minutes so I have to reschedule. The next day, they just knock on my door, I am not even home. They lied and claimed they tried to call but I had been sending and receiving calls all day. I finally arrive after calling and making them come back since I was lied to twice. They put the fridge inside and immediately rush to leave. The fridge was missing one of the legs to it which caused the fridge to completely destroy my brand new floors. Home depot says they will not fix the fridge or the floors, and that there's nothing they can do. I am now without a fridge and destroyed kitchen floors. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOME DEPOT!!

Jered Seely's expertise in both hardscape and landscape designs is exceptional. He incorporated our preferences into a workable plan with an attractive result. We especially appreciated Jered's utilization of a computer program that allowed us to view how proposed plantings of trees, shrubs, and perennials would look when placed along the front of our house. The quality of the crew responsible for executing the designs was likewise exceptional. They were hardworking, courteous, respectful, and professional. Special kudos to Tyler and J-rod! We have already recommended Seely's to several of our neighbors and will continue to suggest to others that they contact Seely's for any of their outdoor hardscape and/or landscape needs.

We moved last Fall from Indiana where we had a large yard and several large planting areas. We now…read moreown a wonderful one-floor condo with much smaller areas to plant, and most of those areas unplanted. A broken wrist stopped me from planting in Spring and early Summer, but I sallied forth today with a list of nearby nurseries. Seely's was first on my list, and I didn't need to go farther. They have an impressive selection of trees, shrubs, flowers, and leafy perennials. Their Hosta selection is the largest I've ever seen. At a guess I'd say they have at least 100 different varieties. It's incredible! The Seely's employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and service-oriented. Julie hauled my cart all through the many plants, giving me advice on what plants would work with my East and West-facing planting areas. When I found one of my favorite plants looking a bit scraggly late in the season, she pruned the leggy parts off and left the beautifully formed inner stems and leaves for me. She was patient as I back-tracked to revisit plants I was interested in. Then she helped me load all my plants and a couple bags of Sweet Peat mulch/soil enhancer into the back of my Outback. I will definitely return to Seely's as I fill out my garden areas in the coming years. And I'll definitely watch for Julie when I do. This nursery doesn't look like much from the road, but it is truly a hidden gem! Check it out the next time you have landscaping and gardening needs!

Flowers were for my birthday, they didn't match the picture so my husband took them back. Long…read morehaired lady agreed they weren't as fluffy and they contained lilies, which are deadly and toxic to cats. No resolution so he left the flowers because we're not going to harm or kill our cats. I went in hoping to resolve the issue and the shorter haired lady began to yell at me and raise her voice. I asked her to stop raising her voice to me, and explained that I have cats and the lilies are toxic and deadly to them. She condescending told me that the cats would have to eat the flowers- not correct as pollen in the air will harm them. She again began to raise her voice again, even after I told her that it has been a very trying day. At this point in the conversation I was becoming upset and starting to cry so I turned around and tried to walk away and out the door. She continued to yell at me as I left. No flowers for my birthday, out $120 since they wouldn't resolve the issue and kept the flowers, and made to cry on my birthday. No I would never recommend this business, truly uncaring individuals.
