I really enjoyed my time working with Madison at Shri Wellness! I have had high cholesterol my whole life, struggled from chronic sinus infections and are looking to start a family in the near future. I participated in the Spring Reset with Shri Wellness. Madison is very knowledgeable, accessible, tech savvy and has a wonderful way about her. It was more than just physical cleansing, but also she approached it from an emotional cleanse as well. This was a 12 day cleanse and I loved how we had 3 days to get ramped up and 3 days at the end to slowly get back out. She was there to answer any questions I had. It is doable for anyone, so if you are thinking about a "reset", I can highly recommend this. You eat 3 meals a day and the meals are filling and yummy.
