Not only was he helpful and professional on the phone, but we also happened to be there on Black Friday and received 50% off, which was a huge bonus. The weather was terrible, and we arrived close to closing time, but Glenn still came out, helped us bring all the documents inside, and stayed with us while everything was shredded on the spot. He made what could have been a stressful and exhausting situation so much easier.
