I was notified last night on my way home from work that my alarm had detected motion inside the house. The AT&T agent informed me that someone from Securitas was being dispatched as we spoke and would be there shortly. I was on the phone with the AT&T agent for exactly 1 hour and and the AT&T agent called the company three times to see what was taking so long. I waited over 45 minutes for someone to arrive at my house to check out the situation. The guard was unarmed, except for a cellphone and a flashlight. I was more heavily armed than this guard. Had there been an actual emergency, there is no way this company could have done anything to help. The response time was so slow, the local police department could have been on scene faster and they have actual things to do. What a joke of a company.
