My wife took these pictures before he drove off from his 'loading zone' she called to report this to Iron Mountain and they hung up on her, refusing to transfer her to the transportation office. She then called 911 and the Schaumburg Police Department responded in 2 minutes time, took her information and they said to call them first next time and thanked her for the photos. He promised that they would catch up to the perpetrator.
