These guys are AWESOME!! Like seriously... I called them without reading reviews or anything, I had just seen their work on an older rig in our RV park. They came out around 8:30 AM and started working on our rig, they cleaned the roof, recovered the rubber roof... then washed the whole outside, buffed out some scratches and polyurethaned the whole outside of the rig! They left around 6:30 pm and I don't think I ever saw them take a break aside from to chat with me for a bit. Seriously top notch work on my rig!!! Thanks guys!! The we're running behind on their arrival time which Immediately thought to myself "just another mediocre company late as usual" but to my surprise they did a phenomenal job detailing my truck and charged me less than the original quote. Showtime did a just ok job on my black car. The owner was busy working on a classic car so he sent two young guys out to detail my car, and you can tell. I had to re-clean my windows, the guys left armour all or some greasy cleaning stuff on the rubber floor mats that after two days collected all kinds of yuk, so I re-cleaned those. The guys missed vacuuming the glove box, although I had removed everything from it. There was still gum or something from the road on the back of my car, so I got a rag and rubbed it off. I didn't watch then clean it, but it seems to me if it was waxed that wouldn't have been there. The car was pretty clean to begin with, so for $275 I expected a detail would cover the "details". None of this was the end of the world, but I wouldn't recommend them or use them again. read more

Just ok. Guys who showed up seemed to be more interested in the next job. Left all belongings found inside the car on the sidewalk and didn't mention anything. Spent over $700 on a couple of vehicles and felt like there was more important jobs than mine. Also, they made every excuse not to work hard on tough spots, i.e., that fabric sucks or the headliner will fall down if we shampoo it. I've had those done at Car Pretty and other mobile retailers and had no issues. Won't be giving Showtime anymore business. I am so very impressed with showtime and Tyler! I am a stay at home mom and I drive a chevy suburban. It's a big car and my kids and husband do their best to make sure every inch of it gets covered in grimy fingerprints, dirt, snacks, or any other unknown substance! It drives me crazy and as much as I try I cannot keep it clean. I called showtime and Tyler was on the ball about fitting me in to his busy schedule. The car looked absolutely beautiful! However, the dealership I bought it from placed floor mats with a sticky adhesive that was next to impossible to remove. Knowing this, Tyler scheduled to come back and find a way to get this stuff out no matter what it took. He came back! He finished the job and it looks even better than the day I bought it.
