I didn't even get two words in edgewise to explain before I was confronted by this wacky chick. get it right get your business right because that's the worst MOST UNHINGED customer service I've ever encountered. THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER ONE STAR REVIEWS REGARDING THIS ISSUE Fast, efficient, friendly and affordable was the original review when I left their kiosk approximately 2 weeks ago. Everything seemed fine.. UNNNTIL... The phone stopped charging and I cleaned the port to no avail. My first thought was a loose connection after recently having a new battery installed and dropping it excessively due to a little nerve damage (my bad) and I thought I would take it back to TD phone repair because they/him (not a play on pronouns) Referring to the nice gentleman who helped me initially was awesome . My intention was to potentially pay them to reconnect it and maybe replace the glass ( bloody finger stained ) and whatever else. I couldn't remember where they were located so I ended up walking the width of the mall. When I got there, she was on the phone and didn't even make eye contact. OK, seem like another dissatisfied customer. I wasn't dissatisfied and I knew that they had done a good job , but when I started to the situation, she became immediately defensive and said she was there on Saturday, Sunday, which I responded. No problem whatever the issue is I'll pay if you'll look at it. She wasn't having it to the point where I told her you're treating me like I'm trying to take advantage of you and I left. Girl, maybe you need a couple months off. No other choice I went to another cell repair kiosk and he hooked me up. I spent closer to $300 and was stoked that I would be able to use my phone for my business this week! I own a service company and I know for a fact that respect matters. Before you jump to conclusions, take a deep breath and run your business like a pro or run it to the ground. Peace
