I have a history of sensitivity and was sure to communicate that up front. Brandy modified my treatment to the "medium" level and encouraged me to speak up right away if I had any discomfort. I was able to tolerate the full processing time and only had one instance of a "zinger". I brought headphones and an audible book to listen to, but they have thoughtfully provided a TV for entertainment during the treatment. We reviewed my results (lightened 2 shades) and Brandy made recommendations for a personalized plan to maintain my results. She answered all of my questions and provided an after care kit with instructions to take Advil at regular intervals to ensure no discomfort due to sensitivity - DO THIS! My treatment was Saturday morning and by Sunday any sensitivity was gone. Can't wait to return for my follow up appointment!

The lobby is clean and relaxing with a front of house team that puts you at ease. The work I had done was efficient and the entire staff helped calm my nerves and make the process seem harmless. They even had televisions above the chairs to watch while getting work done- the perfect distraction. I am so grateful this is where I've ended up after moving to Texas. Dr. Hubble and his staff has always been top notch, in my book. I've been to lots a dentists over years, usually prefering a car wreck over dental work. Not so, with Dr. Hubble. His work is excellent. He does state of the art crowns in just one day. Sooo much better than having to sit through making a molding of your teeth with a big blob of nasty road tar, then wearing a temporary aluminum cap for a week while waiting for a lab to make the permanent one. I swear those things would pick up broadcasts of The Lone Ranger! His prices are really reasonable, too. Anyway, the cleaning went pretty well. No cavities! But, had to wait until the end to hear that there wouldn't be any polishing because that causes too many tiny airborne droplets. Unfortunately, it was time for that back molar to vacate the premises. The procedure was pretty quick and was painless. Dr. Hubble explained that a clot would form in the hole that had been home to Mr. Tooth (sorry if this is TMI) and that I really needed to be sure to keep it in the hole. If anything happened to it, I should let him know and we would "take it from there". When I got home, of course, I went to the world wide web to learn more about the tragic consequences of losing your clot. As you might have guessed, my due diligence was not good enough. I called to report this new development and was told that its no big deal. It happens to thousands of people every day, all over the world. So, I pulled up my big boy pants and "took it from there". LOL! Happy ending, it all turned out alright. Can't wait to come back and see you again, Dr. Hubble!

This was without a doubt one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. From the moment I contacted the office and spoke with Megan to schedule my appointment, to meeting Kenneth (more to say about him later) the hygienist, to finishing up with Dr. Kyle, I couldn't have been more pleased and satisfied. After two miserable experiences at corporate dental offices in the area, I was desperately trying to find an office that would not treat me as a dollar sign but would take the time to educate me about my teeth and actually do a proper cleaning. Kenneth is truly exceptional at his job. He didn't just clean my teeth but took the time to get to know me, inform me about my teeth and what he was doing, and give me the information I needed to make the best decision about my teeth. He was not pushy or overbearing in any way but was very respectful and conscientious of my previous negative experiences. One of, if not the best hygienists I've had the pleasure of working with. Moving on to Dr. Kyle. Great guy. Caring and not driven by corporate investors who just care about numbers and trying to upsell products and be dishonest about your teeth to lure you to sign up for products or services you don't really need. He was very knowledgable and trustworthy and I was very pleased with his demeanor and passion for his job. I can't wait to come back. I texted my wife right away that she needs to come.
