I have been to her several times and was happy with the service. However, I bought my daughter a gift session and she would not honor it when my daughter called to set an appointment. In addition, I bought a session off Groupon and when I called to set an appointment, she said she does not honor sessions off Groupon anymore. Groupon would not refund my payment. So, I have lost out on money for 2 sessions from her. I am a single mom of 3 kids, surviving on a teacher's salary, so these incidences were a significant blow to my budget. Time for an update!!!!! First off: New location! Danielle is now rocking her teeth whitening skills in Allen right off 75/McDermott in the Century Salons Suites. The suite is very spacious as far as teeth whitening places go, so the two chair model place is in effect here, but you aren't on top of each other. She provides you everything you need and even has these neat toothbrushes that have built in toothpaste. Because I had a recent bad experience elsewhere, in going to admit I was hesitant. But I'm happy to report that it's been 24 hours and unlike the other place, I've had zero "zingers"...those sharp pains I got last time. No sensitivity either. Danielle also used a really cool gum gel that was blue and hardened around my gum line, so my gums were not harmed at all. My teeth actually whitened more AFTER I left. I can tell you this: Last time, my teeth kept whitening for days after, so don't be shocked. I love coming here because Danielle listens and she has been doing this for a long time. She doesn't leave gel on for longer than it's supposed to and she makes sure to get areas in between to make sure that your teeth are white but not all fake white. Don't buy the Groupon. She will always give you the same rate if you just mention the Groupon rate. Browsing Groupon, I saw a deal for $49 teeth whitening. First: Don't buy the groupon. Almost all businesses will honor the price without you buying it. Groupon takes HALF. I booked online for next day. Daniella (I think that's her name) was right on time and walked me through the whole thing. Basically, she puts some gel on your teeth and you sit back and relax under an LED light for 3 20 minute intervals. The gel keeps working even after you leave; for up to 48 hours after your teeth just keep whitening. No pain, no discomfort, and you get the whole Zoom whitening thing for the amount of a big box of Crest white strips. Results can last for up to a year and a half! I was skeptical, but it worked. My teeth weren't horribly stained, but as a regular red wine and coffee girl, I wanted a whiter smile. I got it and I highly recommend. I went here by purchasing groupon. During Whitening, I felt pain from my left upside and downside gum. I knew that the plastic seals which protected gum from hydrogen peroxide were loosened. I asked wiping overflowing hydrogen peroxide and re-filling the plastic seals but he didn't. The next day he texted me to ask how's my feeling. So I sent him my damaged gum pictures. And the register lady who insists she is the owner suddenly call me and ask me "check what?" So rude. Anyway she told me that this is commonly happen and actually my case is the one of the good results. She said her whitening results are worse than that. I went to dental clinic and my doctor said this is chemical burn and it should not happen. It can be avoid if they are professional. My gum is already damaged and not much I can do. Keep in mind what The owner(?) said and please don't ruin your teeth. I thought they are dental clinic but it is not. Just tiny room with two chairs. read more

Amazing. This woman knows what shes doing and she is very kind. The process will hurt a little bit. But nothing an adult cant take .. the pain will however go away on its own after you're done with no medication required (at least for me it did).
