Bill was super easy to work with and schedule with, and although he was very honest up front about being bearish on being able to remedy the car with door dings (due to make/model issues with safety bracing, metal composition, etc.), he exceeded even his own expectations and was able to perfectly remedy ALL the dents in even that tougher car! One of the other quotes we got wouldn't even quote that car due to the aforementioned difficulties with fixing that make and model, typically. I've already recommended KC D&D to two people, and although I hope to never *need* to use their services again, should I fall victim to further dents or dings, I won't hesitate to return to Bill in a heartbeat!

They worked with my neighbors to obtain payment up front and had my car complete within 4 days. They kept me updated on my car throughout the whole process, which was so nice. I had an accident, and they did the repairs. After I got it, I noticed a squeak, and I took it…read moreback to them. One of the front guys knew exactly what it was. Two screws were not put in. Then I took it home, and I heard squeaks somewhere else. I went back to them again. They sent my wife and me out with a young guy, and he wanted to drive my car and see when/where the squeak occurred. That was fine, but the guy drove my car in a rough manner, and my wife and I were a bit ticked off after his test driving was completed. The office guys are very nice and knowledgeable, but that young guy has some issues.
