Fast forward, and the previously empty one-bedroom next to me was rented to four individuals who run a motorcycle mechanic shop out of the communal courtyard. You can imagine the noise. While management initially sympathized with my concerns, once they decided the issue was "too pesky," it became very difficult to see any meaningful action taken. Mike, specifically, has completely cut off communication and does not respond to video evidence of overcrowding, smoking, or excessive noise. That said, if your water bill happens to be a little high one month, you can be sure you'll get a call from Mike Frolich right away. Overall, it's a mixed bag. While the property itself is nice, living here feels like a gamble due to lax tenant vetting. As long as the rent clears on the 1st, management appears indifferent to who is actually occupying the unit. Overall, the lack of oversight gives the impression that serious violations may go unaddressed unless external authorities become involved. Just something to think about before signing a lease here. They have great communication skills which is rare. in Los Angeles The building is well maintained our ,property manager Susan is amazing. she's considerate she listens to your needs and always gets all requst done in a timely manner.. I cannot express enough how wonderful this building has been throughout my journey at this property. I am blessed to live here. I am blessed to have this kind of landlord and owner that care about their tenants.If you're looking for a place to live this is a place to live not just an apartment building. it's like a home well kept with a beautiful atmosphere to be a part of.     In 2023 several hundred pounds of stucco, drywall and plaster collapsed on my car…read more In this year 2026, Chuck Eberly and his associates have not shown 1 ounce of human compassion or decency in this process. As a landlord myself, I used this experience as a great learning tool to make sure I carried the correct insurances, and that in the chance something like this happened to my tenant, we would show compassion. Anyway, Chuck couldn't admit fault, and here we are two years later and finally their insurance attorneys have reached out to settle the case. In addition to the collapse, the building has been riddled with overflowing sewage in the laundry room, and garage area. Yes, raw sewage in common areas. In addition to a building falling apart, raw sewage back up, there is also mold. In 2024 I brought this proliferating black mold to the attention of management. It took over a month to get someone to come and repair the wall, Sonia was on vacation, so too busy, totally not acceptable when dealing with mold, but ok sis, enjoy your vacay! Anyway.. the problem was remedied by a PAINTER, and no source leak correction was done. Well, after 2 years the problem has returned. I feel comfortable sharing my experience publicly after reading everyone else's reviews. Also because these photos attached are just a small taste of what evidence I have. I'm also not sure if they're aware of my Tik tok with close to 1Milloon views the night the collapse occurred. I'm sure my lawyer will text me to take this down, but if one person is prevented from renting from Alex Gamarnik, the Gamarnik 1997 Irrevocable trust, Raisa Gamarnik, or Chuck Eberly of the Eberly Co. I'll consider this case a success.

I was ready to stop sharing my trash bin & install a locked gate to our shared driveway. All that changed when Jason Meneses got involved. He took responsibility, began sharing the cleanup, got the late trash bill paid & so much more. Jason responds to issues with courteous professionalism & can be counted on to follow up. He's an excellent communicator both verbally & in writing. Although we don't need to engage on issues often, he makes me feel like there's a partner on the other side the rare times I reach out. The tenants at that building say they love Crescent Canyon property management company as well. I'm grateful my neighbor hired this excellent property manager. As my needs grow I will consider them to manage my buildings as well.

He and his Company are very easy to work with and understand the importance of ongoing and clear communication. There were some speed bumps on the project but due to Will's level-headed approach and responsiveness, each issue that came up was effectively resolved and the end-product of the design and construction was not compromised in the least. Now when asking for reimbursement he is refusing to cut me a check as stated is in initial email. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF RENTING any apt that has StarPoint as the management company.

Definitely one of the best decisions of my life. From the moment I entered the building, I was struck by the sleek, modern design and the attention to detail in the lobby area. The common areas are always impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and professional. The building is conveniently located in the heart of Beverly Hills. There is ample parking available for both patients and staff, which is a rarity in this city. The medical office space itself is well-designed and spacious, with plenty of natural light and comfortable furnishings. The building's management team (especially Michael Farahnik) has been extremely responsive to any concerns or requests we've had, and they work hard to maintain a positive and professional atmosphere in the building. Overall, I would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for an amazing medical office space. It has exceeded my expectations in every way and has been a wonderful home for my practice. :)
