Apparently springs come in pairs, like left and right, and he had 2 left. So, he couldn't complete the job. If I wasn't in such a good mood, this would've bothered me. But, I wasn't moved, I just wanted my door fixed. The 2nd guy came a few days later. I wasn't home, so I can't speak on his stature, but he was earlier than expected, but he seemed patient. When I got home that evening, my door worked. Not only did it work, it was amazingly quiet. I like that! The only reason not a 5 star.
