I had a ton of change and $15 of bills, and am extremely happy to say that it was not taken. Cash could easily have been "misplaced" or somehow found its way to a pocket, especially such a small amount. I had assumed it was a lost cause, but was exuberant to find that there are still honest people in this world! Also, the staff was extremely friendly. Thank you for a positive experience!

They had my Subaru car for over a month and a half, stringing me along, telling parts were coming…read moretomorrow. After all that time, they finally took it for a test run and said it needed a wheel hub ...they said it would be another 1K on top of already 3.3k that was already a few hundred over the estimate. In the meantime was using my backup old Ford that had gotten a flat tire...they charged me another 1.9k, $500 over what I expected to pay. To make things worse they damaged something on the truck, as when I would go backward to the right, I would feel a rubbing or grinding. Also, the steering wheel became loose and really shaky. The next day, it began to sound like the brakes were going as they began to grind, when they were hardly used and newish brakes. Going down a small incline, the breakline popped. They took no responsibility for it. I had another shop tow me and repair the damage they did. Finally, I picked up the Subaru, I drove two doors down, and the battery light went on. Now, the battery and brake lights go on as the headlights dim, and the security alarm is set off uncontrollably, not being able to turn it off or turn my car on, leaving me stranded in the Shop Right parking lot. I had to use a hack that another garage told me to do, because Classic Coach doesn't return a call an hour after I picked the car up, nor ever, not the next day. As classic ...the wheel hub still isn't fixed, but I don't want them near my car, and I'm taking it to a different garage that fixed the truck that Classic Coach broke and charged me for. On top of all this, I had to rent a car for one week. Classic coach replaced the radiator but did not put any antifreeze or coolant in the reservoir, foutunately I discovered it because I popped the hood as the car drove terribly. The male mechanics in the shop are very honest, as I had money and valuable things there that were not touched. I especially would not recommend them if you are paying out of pocket and you do not have deep, deep pockets. I dreaded dealing with a woman by the name of Lauren, who is in the office, who I found to be pushy, insensitive, and controlling ( would not let me talk to the mechanics who worked on my car, insisted that I buy road-only tires for my truck that goes off-road at times, and she exhibited other strange behavior).

Five Stars is not Enough - Six Star Rating!…read more I see that they have a number of 5 star ratings. Let me add mine. One of my great dreams has been to have a local, totally reliable service and repair station that I KNOW is giving me the very best service at a reasonable price. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO DO THAT! I found out because my wife used their services, on the recommendation of one of their customers. Yesterday I went in with an issue. They put my car up on the lift and showed me in detail what the problem was. My car is wonderful and runs beautifully but has some mileage on it. It looked like they may have to replace some major parts of the underbody - and my brain was calculating what the high cost might be. They called me back in the afternoon - and they were able to do some very creative, solid effective "workarounds" which prevented me having to pay for those parts. the bill was approximately 1/4 of what I was thinking. No amount of praise is too high for these folks. GREAT JOB!

State PD contacted Untouchable for the tow. Inspecting the area I could not see how the truck could be extracted without further damage to my fence. That being said....... I have to give Kudo's to Matthew, the tow "guy" who showed up with a Untouchable flatbed. Matthew inspected the situation and after hooking up the pick up from a couple differnt areas, artfully first pull the vehicle away from the fence then rehook and pull it away from the tree and onto the flatbed. I cannot speak for any other services that Untouchable but as for towing service (specifically Matthew), I had a 5 star experience and would recommend the service.

Untouchable" is a hell of a name for a business run by a man whose ego apparently needs protection…read morefrom ordinary customer questions. My stepfather was quoted $691 for a tow from Colchester to Westerly. According to him and my mother, trouble with the payment link turned into a demand for $300 cash to unhook the van roughly a mile into the trip--even though she offered to pay by card over the phone. My stepfather says the driver also threatened to beat him in the parking lot. They took the van to their yard instead of Westerly, then demanded the full $691 to release it. We received conflicting payment instructions, including cash only and an additional 4% to use my card. When I arrived, the owner, Charles, was hostile, screamed, threatened to call the police, and increased the demand by another $100 during the confrontation. I encouraged him to call the police. Charles, your masculinity looked awfully fragile for someone putting that much effort into acting tough. If being questioned about a bill sends you into a screaming fit, you're poorly equipped to deal with customers, never mind run a business. And after all that noise, you retreated into your office. Quite the performance: enough attitude to start the confrontation, apparently not enough composure to finish a conversation. My mother also reported being sworn at and accused of being drunk while trying to arrange payment. Imagine owning a business and still needing someone to explain how to speak to another adult. If squeezing a family already dealing with a breakdown makes you feel accomplished, that is a pathetic definition of success. Having control of somebody's transportation gives you leverage. Mistaking that leverage for strength is embarrassing. What I saw was a petty bully with an inflated opinion of himself fueled by surrounding himself with weaker personalities who enable him to live his life this way and a temper he expected everyone else to accommodate. The extra $100 made it feel as though we were being billed for bruising his ego. Ofcourse it's "cash only" or "Cash App". You would've thought I was trying to get him to rewrite the declaration of Independence blinded folded by requesting a receipt for the payment so I could take it to the dmv as required when making a formal complaint (which I encourage anybody with a similar expirience to do. They might ignore one or two but if enough people have the same experiences and report it eventually they'll have to investigate this guy and I'd bet the entire kingdom that if any official authority were to take even the tiniest of look at this "untouchable towing" they would find all sorts of illegal ways he's running this business so food for thought) My warning: get every price, payment condition, destination, and possible additional charge in writing before this company touches your vehicle. Especially if you cannot afford an expensive argument while your van sits in their yard. This "business" is a band of thieves and crooks who know how to abuse the system and rules to take absolute advantage of you and they will not miss the chance to do so if you aren't careful.
