The equipment was faulty and seemed more appropriate for commercial cleaning, not residential carpet cleaning. I had informed Ron that this was a residential job prior to making the appointment. My carpets were still wet the next morning even though the house heat was on. The equipment also kept causing outlets to short out. This was a pretty stressful experience. Ron did return to get the outlets to work again. I would have given 2 stars but the cleaning technicians were very polite and wanted to do a good job.
