Surprising sushi type options that were a contrast to the grilled meats

If you are a carnivore, this is the place for you! It's definitely worth a visit! Brazilian Steakhouses have been touted by many as THE places to get a wonderful dining experience. I did not think so until experiencing Show de Carnes, which is the 2nd Brazilian steakhouse I've visited. The salad bar selection had many different and appealing options and was kept well stocked throughout the evening despite all the filled tables in the dining room. We visited with family we had not seen in some time and we never felt rushed by the friendly, attentive servers. Different meats and hot offerings continuously circled the dining room at decent intervals so we had ample opportunity to sample everything. We had not seen the beef rib offered and inquired about it and soon afterwards they made a point to send some over for us to taste. Our party preferred different types of wellness on our meats and everyone was satisfied with the offerings. IF you've heard great things about Brazilian Steakhouses, make sure to visit Show de Carnes! You won't be disappointed.

I made a reservation for 7:15pm on a Friday to celebrate my husband's birthday. The restaurant was half full at the time we arrived. We were seated promptly and they gave us a happy birthday sign. The meats came around pretty quick and it was hard to keep up! All the servers were very friendly and constantly checked in on us. Some asked if we had a special request so I requested for the grilled pineapples since I didn't see it come around and minutes later, they brought it out! The meats were seasoned perfectly and not too tough. Some were a little overly salty for my liking but their meat quality was probably better than other Brazilian steakhouses I've eaten at. The salad bar had good options and it is the only place that serves sushi but honestly, it didn't look too appetizing to me. I'd say focus on the meats! Lots of birthday celebrations that day and the employees would sing a song. We didn't get that for our table (but that's ok). Our server brought us a complimentary caramel flan to celebrate.

Amazing service, very quick response to your requests, good food! Quiet, elegant, and beautiful interior.

    Love the Salad Bar!

Everything was excellent. The salad bar has so many choices! All good. The meats are incredible, so many and so delicious. Juicy and very tasteful. And they're coming all the time! The dessert was great too. We had the Petit Chocolate Gateau. Everyone was super nice and attentive. The ambiance is beautiful too. Highly recommended!

Service was incredible...One of the servers worked at another Brazilian Restaurant called Galpoa and we recognized each other. We ordered the Wagyu Special on top of the regular menu and it was a lot of meat. The Wagyu we got was a huge steak that was delicious. Never once did we have to call for service. The food was tasty and on par with Fogo, Galpoa and Chama so as you can see I go to these enough. On par if not more tender. Beef rib was a tad over cooked just a tad but still juicy and yum. Condiments were good but were missing green onion salad which I am used to. However, they had a mayo shrimp side that was absolutely delicious. Overall it was excellent. Ambiance was nice and intimate though the table could have been spaced better as I thought they were a tad too close. No hit but a recommendation. Most people do not like being that close. It was dark but not too dark. I liked it but some people would probably not like it. It was perfect. We enjoyed everything and would recommend this Brazilian spot to anyone looking for a solid Brazilian steakhouse.

Great experience once again. Delicious meats and huge salad bar. On the darker side in the dining area. Service is great. They are very prompt. Only thing still is the floors are very slippery. Be careful walking to the restrooms!!

Show de Carnes in Sausalito was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The vibe is upscale but still welcoming -- perfect for date night or celebrating something special. The service was top-tier: friendly, attentive, and consistent throughout the meal. The meats were cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and everything came out fresh and hot. You can tell they really care about quality here. If you want great food + a full dining experience, I definitely recommend this spot. I'll absolutely be back.

I still have dreams about their ribeye and filet mignon. Brazilian steakhouse ayce 101 is all about filling up with protein! We went in a group of 7 with kids. They're very accommodating! They gave us a corner so it would be easier for the stroller. Large space with ample seating. The meat just kept coming, everything completely tasty. They knew we liked it cooked medium rare, so they immediately came to our table first to get the first cuts! The salad, cold meats, fruit, and other appetizers in the center of the restaurant were refilled constantly.

tucked in the corner of the Marin City shopping center, is this palace of all the meats! keep your card on the green side and be prepared to salivate! So many different cuts of meat, however my favorite was the grilled pineapple. Also, the beef ribs are a must but I believe you have to request them. There's also a full bar which is an added bonus! Also, save room for dessert!

We accidentally made a reservation for the other location, but they gladly accommodated us on a Sunday evening. Great salad bar. I did notice that they do a great job of rotating out the items at the bar. Not a lot of variety of sushi, but the salmon rolls are great! The amazing meat kept coming around. The bacon wrapped chicken was dry, but all of the beef was exactly as you would expect: full of flavor! The shrimp was probably a favorite! Service was amazing. They refilled our waters, occasionally asked us if we had special requests, and cleared our old plates promptly. Coming on a Sunday was great because it wasn't crowded but there was still a good amount of people. My concern would be getting to/from the bar when it's crowded.

Show de carnes is one of the better Brazilian steakhouse options in the area. However there isn't as much flexibility for not ordering the all you can eat meat. I prefer restaurants that allow you to pick one meat choice and get unlimited salad bar access. That being said, the meat quality was a little above average but certain meats were better than other. My favorites were the filet mignon, Parmesan pork, shrimp, and pineapple (I know the last is not meat). The lamb didn't taste fresh and was chewy. A lot of the beef cuts were too fatty and too bloody. Salad bar was pretty good. All the vegetables looked fresh and I really liked the creamy meat and mushroom dish! They also had papaya, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I would not return here because there is 0% chance that i got my money's worth. The total for two people came out to about 200$ so you could get a much higher quality meal for cheaper than that, and still be plenty full. And to be frank, the experience isn't worth the hefty price tag.

What an amazing time we had! We came here for my nephew 9th birthday! The service was immaculate, waiters always had a smile on their face, food was succulent! I definitely recommend this place! Way more options at the salad bar than any other steak house around! Victor, the manager, ended up surprising us by not charging us for my nephew meal! Obrigado!!

An unforgettable experience at De Carnes Steakhouse! We have been to show De Carnes Steakhouse Saratoga twice now once for a holiday party and again to celebrate my son's birthday and both experiences were nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted like a queen and a king. The welcome is warm, elegant, and makes you feel truly special. As soon as you are seated, you can feel the upscale atmosphere everything from the décor to the service sets the tone for an amazing experience. The staff is absolutely outstanding attentive, kind, professional, and genuinely happy to make your evening perfect. Their energy and care truly elevate the entire experience. Thank you Victor and Mateos for the gesture you gave to my son! And the food... wow. The variety of the buffet paired with the exceptional quality of the meats is simply unmatched. Every cut is perfectly prepared, flavorful, and served with pride. It is truly like nowhere else. We cannot wait to come back again. De Carnes Steakhouse Saratoga is now our go-to place for celebrations and special moments. Highly, highly recommended!

    How much is corkage fee?

25$ but can be waived if you purchase a bottle from us

    Do they allow dogs?

    Service animals- yes.

Am I able or allowed to bring a small birthday cake to a reservation?

I'm almost 100% sure they will allow it. I went on my anniversary and the restaurant gave us a nice dessert with a "Happy Anniversary" sign. When you first arrive, they ask if you're there for a special occasion.

What are the current prices per person for dinner/ lunch? I don't see any prices on the website.

$74 per person, with salad bar included.

Any Specials for a " Happy Birthday Date"?

No. U can get a lil cake but nothing like a free meal or drink

    Do they serve halal meat?

Yes , their lamb and chicken are Halal , they sometimes can have picanha halal but you have to ask 💪🏽👍

    How much is for kids?

FWIW Ours is 5 and was free, might be a good idea to call and check the age at which they start paying.

Does the whole party have to select the same experience? For example can 3 ppl get the two course Rodizio and 2 ppl get only the salad bar?

    You can mix and match.

Can I order salad bar only?

Yes. I saw that on the menu.

Is this place good to visit with children (age 2-11 yrs)?

    Yes

Hello. Thinking of celebrating our wedding anniversary? Are the sushi and sashimi for all day everyday or just for weekends?

I wouldn't go for the sushi. It's pre-packaged with a lot of rice, but it's always there.

    Is there chicken hearts?

    Yes! Pleasantly surprised!!!

Is there a difference between the lunch and dinner menu?

Limited food items and prices less but still plenty of BBQ and salad bar .

How much is the weekend rodizio for 4 yrs old?

    Half off adult price.

Do you serve sushi at dinner and lunch?

There isn't sushi per say. It's only like two kind like a roll and a nigiri at the salad bar. It's ok.

I know this is a steakhouse, but is there vegan options at the salad bar, besides salad? I want to take my husband and dad here who eat meat.

Not really. Grilled pineapple. Maybe a few vegan salads as well as make your own garden salad.

    Are dogs allowed inside?

No, but somehow they let my friend in. Haha.

    How much is weekend lunch?

What is the pricing for lunch vs dinner?

From an email they sent me: Our dinner rodizio experience is $71.95 dinner and $54.95 lunch per person, it includes 17 unlimited different cuts of meat, including beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and seafood, unlimited trips to our gourmet salad bar with… Read more

Skip Fogo de Chao cuz it doesn't come close…read more Here's the rundown: you're seated, greeted with fresh cheese bread, order your drinks, take a lap around the salad bar, and then it's off to the races. Once you flip that coaster to green, the parade of meat begins. At around $80 per person before tax and tip, you'll absolutely get your money's worth. The ambiance was excellent. Live piano music set the mood without being overpowering, the lighting was just right, and there was never an awkward bottleneck at the salad bar. Everything felt well organized, which made the experience surprisingly relaxed for such a busy restaurant at peak dinnertime. Now for the important part: the food. They started us off with their gold foil-wrapped tableside top sirloin. A little gimmicky? Sure. But it was delicious and made for a great benchmark against the rest of the meats. One thing I really appreciated was the lack of "filler meats." I genuinely enjoyed almost every cut that came around. A few were slightly salty, and a couple leaned a bit tough, but overall the quality was consistently high. Ironically the servers walking with the filler stuff were the friendliest of the staff and never pressured you to get them (grilled cheese, pork sausage, chicken, etc) Over the course of the meal I had filet mignon, several varieties of top and bottom sirloin, beef ribs, lamb chops, multiple picanha preparations, and even shrimp. I counted 16 servings of meat--probably somewhere around 2,000 calories if I had to guess. Surprisingly, my favorite item wasn't even the beef, it was the grilled pineapple. Juicy, perfectly glazed, warm, and just sweet enough to reset your palate between heavier cuts. I went back for seconds without hesitation. Hell at the end of dinner, it made me crave pineapple juice. Do not sleep on this. As for the meats, the beef ribs, spicy picanha, and bottom sirloin were the standouts: incredibly tender, flavorful, and worth saving room for. By the end I was so full that dessert wasn't even a consideration. I don't see myself coming here every month, but it's one of those dining experiences everyone should try at least once. If you're celebrating something or just want to spend two hours eating an unreasonable amount of excellent meat, this is the place to do it. 4/5 for food, rounding up for attentive service and fun experience. Would recommend.

I was told the food was amazing but MAYBE it was an off day. The meat felt super inconsistent with taste and quality to which it was cooked. First off, pork ribs had to be the driest pork ribs I've had. The first round of lamp chops were pretty good, second one was dry and weirdly gamey / metallic Season was great though. THE BEEF the picanha and filet mignon was excellent. The sirloin was alright it was pretty chewy. The first rounds of ribeye was top tier, and we asked for medium rare for our last round, that was rare man. Tldr I'll come back try another time.

Most of the inside seating was full, only 2 tables for 2 were available (were were a party of 3), but a nice lady (might be the owner's daughter) with 2 small children got up and came up to me to let me know she was getting ready to leave soon. She moved all their stuff and the 2 children to one of the small tables so the bigger table could be cleaned for us. They were a little short handed that day (owner said someone called in sick), so just the owner and cook were working. Bother owner and the cook worked fast to clean the table so we could be seated. More people came in after us and sat in their outdoor seating (a little chilly to sit outside that day). The owner did a great job serving all the customers by himself. The cook would help deliver the cooked food as well and help with customers if he wasn't cooking. The owner was apologetic about the slower service, but in actuality, it wasn't bad. As for the food, we ordered our usual, the Picanha Steak Platter (feeds 2-4 people) which is our favorite and over the best deal. Unfortunately in the past 2 years the price has gone up by about $20 (currently $70.99), but is still a great deal for 5 steaks on a sizzling platter (cooked to the doneness you want), rice and beans. There were six of us, so we decided to order a few items from the larger-serving menu to share everything family style among us. Here is what we ordered (prices all as of June 2026): Picanha Steak Platter (served with White Rice, Black Beans, Farofa, Vinaigrette, and Chimichurri Sauce) $69.99: This was delicious and came with about five pieces of steak. What I liked most was that some of the fat was still attached to the meat, which added a ton of flavor. The White Rice was fluffy yet firm, with a subtle citrusy lime flavor that was really refreshing. The Black Beans were also tasty and savory from the sausage mixed in. Chef Special (Sliced Picanha) (served with White Rice and French Fries) $48.00: This was basically a "sliced" version of the other Picanha platter we ordered. The meat seemed leaner though, since I didn't notice any fatty pieces. Both dishes were good, and it really comes down to your personal preference on whether you enjoy a fattier cut or a leaner one. Ribeye Platter (served with White Rice, Black Beans, and Fried Polenta) $74.99: This was also very good, but several of us thought the Picanha had more flavor, so we ended up preferring that to this Ribeye. The service was pretty good, and the food presentation on hot plates was excellent. One thing to note is that the restaurant felt a bit stuffy from all the smoke coming off the hot plates, so just be aware of that as you may leave the restaurant smelling like grilled steak. There was also an additional 5% charge for credit card payments that they failed to mention until I noticed it on the bill and inquired about it. I would've much appreciated it if they had been more upfront and transparent about this fee instead of leaving us wonder and discover on our own this "supplement charge".
