They are very expensive and not any better than other detailing places but charge 3 times more. SMH... if i knew then what i know now....I made an appointment and paid for half upfront. The day it was ready they called me and said there would be credit card fees to pay if paying by cc or told me i had to pay cash. I was not told this upfront nor did I have to pay fees for the deposit I put down. I asked to talk to the manager, he said he was the manager then i asked to talk to his boss. The owner got on the phone and said if I didn't pick up the car today they would charge me $25 per day storage fees but would waive the credit card fees. What a joke. Needless to say i picked up my car as quickly as possible. Poor customer service - I would not recommend this place! read more

Brought my car and told them "there's some mysterious noises and I am not sure where's it coming from." After they gave the inspection, they were extremely patient and concise with giving me all the information and walking through everything they found. Everyone was extremely patient and my car is as good as new- no more noises! Needless to say, will be coming here for anything else I'll need in the future! read more

Was hoping for a pleasant transaction with this business. Ended up with a vehicle not completed as promised. Tried several times to work things out with him. Please be aware of his practices as he doesn't treat you with any respect whatsoever. Note if you make a verbal agreement with him you might end up like me with a incomplete vehicle and writing this review. Buyer beware. We did not use their detailing business but we were going to have them do some work on the brakes Of my Cadillac STS .After making an appointment with the company a week before there was nothing mentioned about paying any fees to find out what the cost to the repairs would be. They brought that up the morning of my appointment when I brought the car in which is very disappointing they didn't disclose ahead. Since I have been waiting a week I decided to go ahead and take a chance that they would have a fair price and that my hundred dollars would be used towards the repairs as they stated. After looking at the vehicle they called me and told me that the car was falling apart and that it Needed a lot of other work other than the brakes , I told him at this time I just want to have the brakes done and what was the estimate. After telling me that someone put the tires on backwards and that there is a major structural problem and oil is leaking all over he quoted me $1500. I told him that I would be in to pick up the car and not to proceed. I had already went to two reputable companies Pep Boys in Round lake, And Mexicali motors about a half a mile away from his shop and their quote for doing the same brakes was $580 at pep boys and $675 at Mexicali. Double and almost triple was there cost. when I went to pick up the car and I told him that it was not fair to not disclose the $100 fee until you get there especially when you have to make an appointment online or call. There's not one thing anywhere on his website that says anything about additional charges to find out what the problems are. Unfortunately by talking to this man you can tell he does this quite often. By the time I was Done talking he was yelling and when I asked him to stop yelling he said it is in his normal voice which earlier in the morning when I dropped off the vehicle was completely different. He is a bully and a scammer. Buyer beware. I have lived in this town for 60 years and seen people like him come and go he will not survive please do not support this company. If you choose to , be careful and double check everything that he says. Like I said he's just a bully. By the time we were done he said to go take it to those other dealers who don't know what the f---k they're doing. He also said he doesn't work on pieces of crap like mine and get out. Very rude and very vengeful. A typical smoke and mirrors routine used by guys of his character. There was a young guy in the shop probably his son which I have to feel sorry for him that he is exposed to that type of an environment but maybe he'll make it through.
