During the initial consultation, the guy let me know that they also do partial/full wraps. I was happy to learn that. I'll certainly be giving them my business for that. Regarding my tints, Umbre isn't the cheapest but they aren't the most expensive either. They do great work. I only did the front windows, as the other windows are factory-tinted. They told me it's cost $250 for the mid-grade service. They only charge for the quality of the tint, not the level of tint. They offer a lifetime warranty on all services. And they under-promised and over-delivered, as I got out 40 minutes sooner than expected. I highly recommend this business.

We go and pick it up again and my husband wants to drive it with the manager. They tell us they don't do mechanical/engine work. THEY TELL US THIS FOR THE FIRST TIME! We have to take it someone where else?????? THEY NEVER TOLD US THE TRUCK HAD MORE ISSUES AND WOULD REQUIRE MORE WORK! Our family of four with young children were riding around in this truck! We take it to the dealership where they tell us it needs $4,000 dollars more worth or work and PROGRESSIVE IS REFUSING TO PAY and states it's not from the accident. LYING! This company just wanted the pay out! AWFUL! And put my family in DANGER! I dropped my truck off today to have new tires put on. They called to inform me they found another issue. They gave a quote, fixed the problem and had me back in my truck in no time. If you went to another shop to have tires put on, they wouldn't bother looking at the whole front end. They just put the tires on and send you on your way. That is not the case with Don Hansen's. They looked over the whole front end to make sure everything was solid. For me that is always reassuring. You don't get that at other shops. And if you do it comes with a big price tag. They care about their customers and always go one step further to make sure that you are always safe on the road. You get the feeling that you are family when they are working on you vehicle. They walked me through the warranty that I receive with the product and even gave me a solid deal because I got both services done together. Took my new car in for a full vehicle PPF and ceramic. When I came to pick it up, there were a few…read morespots on the car that where the wrap wasn't tucked as I would have expected, some bubbling on the mirror and a small scratch on the door from them cutting the PPF. The team agreed to correct everything and towed my car to a body shop to get the scratch fixed. After everything was fixed, pick up the car and they gave me a discount for my trouble (without me asking). I'd trust them to do this again because even if there is an issue, they'll make sure it's done right.
