Small Pacer (extra pepperoni, extra cheese)
    Patrick P.

I stopped in and tried the pizza and got a to-go pie and some chicken Alfredo. This is a cool bar/restaurant. The staff were awesome. Pizza - Small Pacer and a large Buckeye pizza (to-go). Pacer was cheesy by design. It had great flavor. M Buckeye pizza - it was good but not my speed. The topping coverage was not like the Pacer (I should have taken a picture). Chicken Alfredo was a hit in the house. Everyone loved it. I am going to go back when I am in the area just to see if it was a one-off on the pies because of the ratings. This is a cool place, and please give it a shot as I am not a food critic but providing my experience to my individual tastes.

Shorty's used to be my favorite pizza place around Delaware, we would order from there almost every Friday night. Haven't ordered from them as often lately as the food quality at the Delaware location seems to be going down hill. Decided to try again this past Friday and it will probably be the last time. Ordered a 12 inch mushroom and sausage pizza and 6 of their wings, which I had never had before. First the pizza, of the 12 inch diameter pizza, the cheese and toppings covered about 8 inches, which basically means I paid 18 bucks for an 8 inch pizza, pictures attached. Don't get me wrong, if you are a big fan of dough, crust, and tomato sauce, this is the pizza for you. I, on the other hand, prefer my pizza with toppings that actually cover the whole pie. As for the wings, I guess you better be a fan of drumettes because that is apparently all they have. Ordered 6 wings and got 6 drummettes, picture attached. I, unfortunately, enjoy the wingettes more than the drummettes. I would rate the taste of the wings a 4 out of 10. I ate two of them and threw the rest away. I don't know if they are cutting back on the amount of toppings and skimping on quality to help fund their two new locations, but this is definitely not the Shorty's I started out with. Btw, the last picture posted is taken directly from the Shorty's website. I assume this is what my pizza was supposed to look like, I just wish it did.

The pacer with extra sauce, fantastic!!

"Nightmare on Pep Street... and I Loved Every Bite"…read more Stopped in after a lab appointment, running on fumes and bad decisions, so I figured pizza was the cure. Loiee G's did not disappoint. I grabbed a Medium "Nightmare on Pep Street" -- garlic butter, red sauce, three types of pepperoni -- basically the holy trinity of flavor. I inhaled it like I was auditioning for a competitive eating show. While still chewing, I ordered an 18-inch Meat Pizza for the tribe back home (because sharing is caring, apparently). This is proper NY-style pizza: thin, crispy, and foldable -- the kind of slice that makes you feel like you should be yelling "Yo!" on a Brooklyn sidewalk. The topping ratio was chef's kiss -- not overloaded like most C-Bus pies that think they're competing in a topping-weight contest. Everyone at home gave the thumbs up, proving I can, in fact, make good life choices when hungry. Bonus points: the pinball collection is serious. My buddy (resident pinball nerd) told me to check out the Godzilla and John Wick machines -- because nothing pairs better with pizza than saving Tokyo or racking up a kill streak in neon lights. Verdict: Loiee G's is legit. Great crust, perfect ratios, and enough pinball nostalgia to make you forget your cholesterol results.

The pizza here is very close to east coast and it easily became our Friday go to after our first visit. This is a sit down place, which seems to be fairly rare here, you can actually buy by the slice and have a beer or wine to go with it. When you go here, plan on eating there as opposed to take home if you can. Take home is never as good as fresh out of the oven and you can play some pinball while waiting. Oh it's Friday now! The "Hawaiian" French fries were just Sysco battered fries with no seasoning. They advertised it came with six wings, it came with six boneless nuggets. The menu doesn't mention they're boneless at all. The service was fantastic though, shame they can't afford a staff and have the General Manager doing everything but cooking. I don't see this place surviving. Anyone know who owns this place? Doesn't feel like they are experienced in the restaurant industry.

Now I'm not sure if they will take your order at the counter, there is a tv screen with the menu on there, and on the right hand corner there is a bar code you can scan on your phone and order it online, that's what I did I ordered the double cheese burger for $11, topping I input all on side. 6 wings for $9 and the small waffle fries for $3.75 Total came out around $24, they add another $1.25 for credit card charges, total over $25 and change Couple minutes later, the guy came out and told me there is no topping included, each topping is additional charge.
