Everyone drools over them. We even put them on our wedding charcuterie and con continuously had people asking where did you get those beets! The Florentine Benny (eggs Benedict) was enjoyed by my wife, who loves her egg dishes. Service was effective - it kept the water glasses filled, and even the soft drink and coffee cup filled.
