I sent the truck in with nothing but a dead battery and 10 grand worth of parts and got it back broken down. They told me there was metal in the transmission and they didn't know how to delete the DOD (weeks were spent discussing the build) which didn't matter either way given I gave them every part to rebuild and bullet proof the transmission had the truck sent straight to Chevy and the transmission had 0 metal in it and nobody has been able to figure out why my truck is broken down a week later, absolute unprofessional bums.

We were definitely in a bind, and were even more stressed out due to a hurricane heading straight for our home in Houston. My husband and I went in prepared to be angry and fight (because that is what we have to do to get anything done at the dealerships in Houston), and discovered that was unnecessary. They fixed our problem without hesitation. It was covered under warranty, no problem. They even had the darn part in stock! And, then they provided my husband with a new key because the dealership that had sold us the car in Houston, never fixed the key, as promised. They were friendly, helpful and understanding. Then, just as we were leaving, a woman pulled up in a rental car (she was just driving through, as well) and was having problems with her TPMS light inside the car. When we left, she had pulled her rental car into the shop and they were checking her tire pressure-a car that wasn't bought from them, had nothing to do with them and a woman who would probably never be back. They were just being nice. As far as I am concerned, every Ford dealership could learn a thing or two from these wonderful people. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
