I ended up making the trek down here and it was absolutely worth it. The building is gorgeous, and there is a great balcony area, as well as a rooftop dining location. I'm also guessing they call themselves 18 grams because each double shot of coffee is precisely 18 grams? You know if a place is confident with their coffee if they serve it unconventionally. What I mean here is styles you won't get at a standard cafe. For example, cold drip, siphon etc... This place has everything. They also know some cool finishing touches that gets people coming back for more. During launch they gave out free coffee - a full coffee card. Being the snobby me I declined the card (I actually didn't know what they were giving out to be honest ...). But when I went there the first time they gave me a loyalty card with the first row all stamped meaning my next coffee was on them! Awesomeness #1. I love cookies and every coffee has a cookie on it!
