Came back with kids to pick out bikes and had a decent experience with young female employee. We were told it would take 24 hours to service new bikes, but we should pay first and pick up later. Returned the next day to pick up bikes and "Aaron" was disrespectful and being rude to my wife and children. I addressed this with the manager who simply made excuses for the behavior and said that it's not a store for kids and safety is a concern, but customer service is not. The guy seems mentally disabled so I didn't take the conversation much further. Clear that this business doesn't value customers or long term relationships. We will never shop here again.

My wife's bike assembly was finished by them and she had to return with her bike because the front brakes were not hooked up correctly. She didn't think to try everything out before she left and she should lot have had to. They fixed the problem immediately but it was still a big waste of time and gas.
