I walked to the store and it took maybe ~20 minutes for Tyler to replace the inner and check me out. It cost me ~$12 Yesterday, I brought my bike there because I couldn't shift my bigger gear back down after taking a spill over the weekend (damn trolley car tracks). I walked in and again, Tyler was there to help me out. He immediately was able to shift my gear. He then asked what happened and brought my bike in the back to ensure that the integrity of the frame wasn't compromised. He brought it back out within 5 minutes (max) and told me I was okay. He also realigned the stem of the shifter. He didn't charge me for this and was extremely polite and informative. I am extremely happy with the service I received here from Tyler. If I need any more service done on my bike, I will definitely be coming here before any other shop.

The ride is less that 2 days away. Not only did they take a look, they literally overhauled my hub, trued my wheels, greased my chain, adjusted the derailleur, adjusted the brakes, adjusted the headset, tightened the cranks, cleaned the bike and contacted me to pick it up within less than 4 hours. They also advised me regarding riding with studded tires on concrete, as I had no experience. All in all, I will ALWAYS look to Allis Bike and Fitness in the future - they are hard-working, considerate, exceptional customer service, and inexpensive. Came back with kids to pick out bikes and had a decent experience with young female employee. We were told it would take 24 hours to service new bikes, but we should pay first and pick up later. Returned the next day to pick up bikes and "Aaron" was disrespectful and being rude to my wife and children. I addressed this with the manager who simply made excuses for the behavior and said that it's not a store for kids and safety is a concern, but customer service is not. The guy seems mentally disabled so I didn't take the conversation much further. Clear that this business doesn't value customers or long term relationships. We will never shop here again.

I…read morehad been researching the Aventon Level 3 online and was really hoping to be able to pick one up that weekend so I could use this summer, especially since gas prices have gone up and I can commute with it around Bayview to everywhere I need to go. When I walked in Jeremy greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. I had already saw that they had the Aventon Sorella 3 and the Aventon Level 3 and 4 step-through bikes. So I asked him if the store had any Level 3 step overs and Jeremy said, "yes, we actually have one black one left, want me to bring it up?" I said sure--as that was the exact one and color I wanted. Jeremy brought up the bike and let me test ride it and let me just say that I knew after about 10 minutes that I was going to buy that bike. He let me know that the e-bike needed to get checked before I could pay for it and ride off into the sunset and luckily we had time to explore the store and I was able to take it home about 30 minutes later. Not only did he explain everything about the bike that I needed to know to safely operate it but he also answered all my questions about the tires and things that I never had to deal with on my triathlon bike. I have already ridden it about 15 miles and I cannot believe how much I would love an e-bike!
