Parking is mostly limited to street parking. We came in on a busy Saturday, and while the line was long, it was moving. We reviewed the menu posted on their glass prior to coming in to order. Since we had our dog with us, we made our salads to go. I had the Thai BBQ salad while my guy had the Elote Salad with smoked chicken. We did not add anything extra. The service here was on point. They also ask your level of dressing (light, medium, or heavy). We had medium and also ordered 2 of their Chili Crisp Chewy Cheese Bread, which is reminiscent of Brazilian cheese bread but with a kick. For drinks, we ordered Mexican Coca-Cola and Pineapple Palo Santo kombucha, which is locally made. Everything was perfect, from the balance of ingredients to the taste and crunch. I made it a point to do it around the lunch hour, so I could enjoy an calzone. I ordered at the counter as you do and lucky for me, the cashier was patient with me. As I ordered, I kept reading the menu and changed my mind two times and finally stayed with my third choice. Having a love of jalapeños, Pancho Villa was my final choice. Pancho Villa not only gave my fresh jalapeños, it was also filled with red peppers, smoked cheddar, Mozzarella and the meat was Chorizo prepared in Smoked Chili Oil. Yum-Yum and no heartburn. For dipping or spreading on top, I was given a cup of Queso. One nice thing about SOTS, is they offer adult beverages. They have an excellent selection of local craft beers and wines to pair with your calzone. I paired mine with, Pale Ale from Schlafly. The dining room is clean and crisp. It's done in an industrial style. They have regular tables and a few hightop tables, so you can choose which one is best for you. On the tables you'll find linen napkins with reusable flatware. Servers were pretty busy and took a minute to get menus, are drink order and listen to the specials. 3rd Chute does have live music on weekends which was very good. 3rd Chute is a pretty cool place, Lots of great decor everywhere you look which gives the place that cool bar and grill feeling. We started with some mini corn dog appetizers and some Mac and cheese poppers, a fried blend of macaroni and pepper jack cheese fried to perfection. We also ordered a classic cheeseburger with fries, pork tenderloin sandwich, pulled pork sandwich with fries and a grilled hot dog with fries. It took a few minutes to get our food with how busy the place was. Our server did check up on us to make sure our drinks were topped off.
