The cheese is mozzarella, the crust is a nice in-between type crust. The sauce is not too sweet or salty. The vegetables are FRESH and crunchy. The soda was fizzy, but did not skimp on the syrup. Tomatoes were summer fresh and the bacon was crispy, so it made for a delightful lunch. My beverage of choice was an iced tea. They offered Sweet and Raspberry, but I took plain. I was impressed that at the table, they offered all four of the artificial sugars. As I can it, a Rainbow of Sweetness. The service is down home friendly. The couple who owns it, go the extra mile to make sure everyone is taken care of and is satisfied with their experience. I'll definitely be back.
