I had the best experience with Char at Morfoot eye care. I went in for an eye check because I had…read morenoticed my eyes were red and irritated with a little something that appeared on my eye ball. After a thorough eye exam, scans and testing, I found out that I had a stigmatism, (unrelated to the irritation) and in fact wasn't 20/20 vision like I always thought. I had always thought my vision was blurry from not getting great sleep. The good news is I was able to diagnose the eye problem with redness and dryness ( the name is long ) :) and get recommendations o help it, & was also able to order a new set of glasses which help me see WAY BETTER!! They're also very cute, with a magnetic sunglass attachment so thats a huge bonus! THANK YOU Char and team!

At my initial appointment, I had mentioned to Dr. Joe I don't drive at night because of poor vision. Dr. Joe recommended getting glasses with just a single lens for driving at night. I currently wear progressive lenses. I just picked up my new driving glasses and wore them on the way home. Oh my gosh, I can read street signs really well from a distance, things are so much clearer now. I'm so glad that Dr. Joe and Dr. Charlene Morfoot brought their practice to Huntley. Highly recommend them!

Asked specific questions but day of the appointment questionnaire seem to indicate--they sell glasses and a comprehensive exam will need to be done elsewhere and they will refer you.

Kaye Eye Care of Huntley is amazing. I encountered nonstop itching, irritation, and very red eyes…read moreover the Memorial Day weekend. I was in need of immediate care and took a chance and left a message at Kaye Eye Care on Memorial Day. I then received a text that I would receive a call in 15 minutes. Dr Liesl Kaye returned my call within 15 minutes and asked all the right questions. She then advised Dr Preston Kaye would be in the office that afternoon if I chose to visit or first thing Tuesday morning. I, of course, took the opportunity to visit asap that afternoon (Memorial Day). Dr Preston Kaye examined my eyes and prescribed medication along with advice on care for my eyes. He advised someone would call me in the morning for a follow up appointment within 10 days to confirm eyes are improving. I received a call Tuesday morning at 9am. Kaye Eye Care is great. Professional service with great results. My eyes are improving every day. I highly recommend Kaye Eye Care for all your eye care needs. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you, Dr. Kaye.

Stopped in to get a couple pairs of badly needed prescription safety glasses. My prescription…read moreexpired exactly 8 days ago. So getting new glasses is impossible without an eye exam. Too late in the day for that. My availability for this is no less than 2 weeks away, probably more. I work long hours on 2 jobs. I assure you, my eyes are the same today as they were last week. Me and my money will go elsewhere to do business.

Buyer beware: Avoid this location at all costs if you value your eyewear. I brought my premium Tom…read moreFord glasses here for a simple service to straighten my bent frame. They did not have me sign a waiver, did not ask for permission to modify my hardware, and took my glasses into the back room out of sight. If my lens had actually been damaged beforehand, store protocol would have been completely different--they would have addressed it immediately, told me I needed new lenses, and had me order them. The lens was never mentioned or addressed because it was not damaged prior to their staff touching my frames. Instead, while in the back, the technician, Faith, admitted she wasn't strong enough to fix them and passed my frames to Victor. Without my consent, Victor forced an unauthorized, generic black screw into my hinge instead of using the correct Tom Ford hardware. The top of this black screw is noticeably larger than the original manufacturer specs, so it sticks out awkwardly, and the hinge no longer closes smoothly. While forcing this unapproved hardware in, Victor's tool slipped, leaving a fresh, deep horizontal scratch strictly on the inside of my right lens, perfectly aligned with the hardware where the repair tool slipped. The store is actively denying that they damaged my lens, claiming the glasses were "already damaged"--which is a deliberate lie. The assistant manager actually left a voicemail admitting they used an incorrect screw because it was "what they had around and free," confirming they forced non-standard, oversized parts onto my property without my consent. When I came in to resolve this clear property damage, Store Market Manager Justin Fritch acted with extreme unprofessionalism. He completely denied the damage and said that they have no such tools that would be able to cause such a scratch, which is on the inside of the lens at the same height of where the screw is. He completely disregarded and dismissed my husband unapologetically, and escalated the situation by shouting across the public retail floor, "We don't give out free stuff!" No liability waiver, warning, or release form was presented to or signed by me prior to this service. Under Illinois law, a business cannot retroactively apply a verbal "store policy" to absolve itself of negligence or property damage. Avoid this company.
