The staff is always friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. My husband has a fairly complex prescription, and they handle it beautifully every time. I usually take advantage of the two-pair deals as affordable backups since I wear contacts most of the time, and the value is excellent. What really stood out to me recently, though, was the compassion and community-mindedness of the team. They recently helped a vulnerable young person that I care deeply about. Although they don't accept Medicaid/BadgerCare, everyone was understanding, kind, and genuinely wanted to help. The manager was especially compassionate, and the opticians went above and beyond to make the experience positive and supportive. To top it off, they were able to complete one pair of glasses in just 8 minutes! You can teach customer service, but you can't teach genuine kindness and heart -- and this team clearly has both. I cannot say enough good things about this place. And the staff and doctors on the vision screening side are top notch too!!

They both appreciated my son's work and dug right in checking that all the parts were in the box. There were a few missing so they helped me select the right parts for me and went to work. I dropped them off at the specified time and they didn't do anything with them for the hour I waited. They said they got too busy with customers. I expressed that scheduled appts should take priority. Then another sales rep said that I shouldn't have been scheduled for this time and that I wasn't in the system. I definitely was scheduled over the phone so someone screwed up. If I wasn't in the system, why did you take my glasses from me to have them worked on? The second sales rep who said I wasn't in the system, did agree to stay past closing to quickly cut the lenses. I agreed because I have a small window to get it done. I'm skeptical they will be done well in the short/rushed time frame. That being said, while I waited and typed this review, she issued me a $50 refund. That was a good business move.

They had $150 off both frames and contacts... great, right?! Nope. Even though I said I was willing to wait for my frames (the discount had to come off the contacts first and I had to wait for my trial lens) they said it would be a really long wait and that I should just order the frames. I paid over $500 for this visit!!!! I was told this included the cost of both the lens and the frames so I was content. Second lie!!! This was for the frames only!! A staff member provides a comprehensive review of the boat and it's features, and then you are free to cruise the blue-green waters of the Chain O' Lakes all day. The pontoon (20' Hydrotherapy) was clean and comfortable, the canopy kept us shaded when the sun was hot, you have swim stairs in case you want to stop at a sandbar and cool off, and there were no issues at all with the motor. Plus they give you a map showing the lakes in the chain, detailing which ones are no-wake so the day was relaxing and trouble-free from start to finish.
