When I got there, the parkas were put in a box sitting outside of the store under the bush, anyone can come and grab them. Then when I checked the works, she had one of the parka embroidered in the wrong font completely. I paid over $100 to get these embroidery done and this service is so bad. Had I known that from the beginning, I wouldn't have even bothered following up. I posted the review so that other potential customers wouldn't go through the same process of being strung along for months without information. Instead of replying appropriately, I get called homophobic slurs, insulted, and told to bugger off before an attempt to bribe away my review. I would never do business with this company and I just want anyone that does to know what kind of people run it.
