Frantically searching for a trophy engraving on a Tuesday was not on my bingo card. I had ordered a trophy plate for an event from a online vendor and it arrived in a much smaller size. With two days until the event I was under a pretty tight time crunch. I ended up calling a variety of engraving companies across Orange County for a rush order. Manuel came to my rescue with a same day print job! I stopped by the Noack offices to place the order and we instantly went to work. He had the new plaque printed in under 10 minutes and saved my afternoon. Someone needs to get this man a trophy. Truly a five-star experience. read more

I work in HR and like most companies, we give a little something to commemorate company milestones. When I was searching for local places in Costa Mesa, I found Noack and I don't want to go anywhere else. I've being going to Noack and working with Manuel for over 4 years and he continues to deliver. Manuel is kind, patient and really easy to work with. I called Manuel with a unique request, and a tight timeline. After explaining what I was trying to get done, Manuel said he could help. I showed up late, and embarrassed, and apologized to Manuel. We briefly discussed what I was asking for, and why, which suddenly became an emotional moment for me. Within 15 minutes Manuel handled my request, while also dealing with other walk-in customers and phone calls. I was absolutely impressed with his work! Manuel's compassion and understanding were above and beyond, and I would like to express my appreciation for some amazing customer service. read more

I dropped off a leather bag to be hot stamped. I live 45 minutes away, but I drove down here based on other reviews. We agreed on a price and delivery date, in time for me to give it as a gift. I arrived after the scheduled delivery time and not only wasn't it done, but the person explained to me that he accidentally left the box with my very expensive leather bag in his scrap pile and forgot about it. He was polite about the whole thing and apologetic. But if your only job is to personalize and engrave things, and you can't do that, when you promise, then you deserve a bad review. This was a present and it was difficult to get to this location, and I would hate for the same thing to happen to others. read more

Super quick, friendly service! They made 11 trophies for me next day! Really appreciate the great customer service!

Noack Awards & Engraving is amazing! Never thought I could have such a great customer experience going to an engraver. The owner was the person who worked on my order (his name escapes me) and he took such great pride in his work and the business! I had a unique request and didn't even know the metal type that I was looking to engrave and he was willing to work with me and welcomed the chance to help explain how different metals work in the machine, etc. The item was a special gift for someone and it was nice to feel like that specialness was understood and carried through in the actual engraving process. :) Was on a tight deadline and they were able to accommodate! Also mistakenly wrote down the wrong year and someone actually called me to confirm what I asked be engraved which I've learned is not always the case with other places (so I've seen and heard). Finally, the actual cost for my order was more than reasonable! Came in expecting to pay around $85-100 and only paid $35. This was my experience and I've heard the same from a couple other folks as well so I feel pretty confident in saying that excellence is the norm for Noack Awards & Engraving. Overall, this place has top service, delivery times, and prices. Haven't had any engraving needs since but if I do, I guarantee I'll be going back to this place! read more
