They were able to get me in swiftly so that I could set up her new apartment. They made me the second job of the day which means you need to be ready when they call. I packed all the stuff but they would do it if you were unable/didn't want to do it. They gave a discount for the senior I was moving. The move (only a mile) was done in about an hour. The crew of Brad, Morgan, and Jesse were on time, courteous, transparent about any pre-existing damages or small items, efficient, and to top it all off they literally did not scratch/hit/mark one single wall of the house when moving. All 3 were absolute beasts in moving heavy furniture upstairs, and a few times we ended up deciding on a difference placement of a furniture item they already placed and every time they were more than happy to help rearrange it as needed. You really can't ask for more in a moving company. They were willing to accommodate, went the extra mile on servicing things, and were lighthearted and carried a positive attitude through the whole 12-14 hour day. First of all they broke my bed frame in the process and didn't tell me while simultaneously…read moreforgetting my roommate's (1) bed frame ,broke my entertainment center/tv stand and didn't care until the head guy in charge noticed, didn't put the boxes in the rooms as requested, almost went to the wrong address (granted thats more on management), and told my roommate they could "move faster for a good tip." genuinely, what the hell?! they also forgot multiple items and instead brought things we stated were trash before beginning the moving process. the cost was a around $570.00 (before tip) for 3 hours of service and while they moved quickly (only after being assured they would get tipped. before that they stated it would take 5-6 hours to move everything), it obviously came at a cost. the head guy in charge was helpful and suggested tips for us all to ease the moving process and offered to take out the broken entertainment center/tv stand but he was also the one who insisted on the tip. the rest of the team was sub par as well. one of the employees was on their phone for half the time, no exaggeration. we had multiple boxes stamped as fragile and they were definitely not treated such. i heard dishes clanking and seen multiple boxes fall. honestly if i would have known the service would be so horrendous i would have went with a different company. while cost effective in the grand scheme of things, it was not worth the broken and forgotten items i now have to replace. unfortunately i don't have a picture of the broken entertainment center/tv stand but i do have a picture of my broken bed frame.
