Conclusion = Refund pending but I feel so much better about them. 10/07/2025 Sharper Image = I tell them for three weeks in a row before this week that there's algae and it needed to be brushed and treated. Since it doesn't get brushed, algae comes back . They send the same guy who didn't do it properly two weeks before hand to treat it and guess what because it was never brushed now I have more algae. Not to mention when he tried to leave, and I asked him to come back and look at the green and yellow algae on my pool. He laughed at me. All they wanna do is send me a bill for things that should've been covered under my $40 a week, maintenance and chemical charge. And this is how they treat somebody who spent 20 grand ( I must not have spent enough for a little respect) in May and they also know that I'm recently widowed and guess what they don't give a damn! So now I get to pay the new Pool company to do W/Sharper Image couldn't seem to do. Negative stars! Hurt and disappointed.

We were in need of removing a glass block wall that separated the spa from the pool because of cracks in the block that made it dangerous for kids to play in the pool. We also needed to replace the tile around the pool and spa and also resurface the entire pool. He was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done and thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done and the process that he would implement. He was very helpful in helping me find just the right tile color for the look I wanted as well as the coloring of the marquis surface. HIs entire crew was very conscientious, hardworking and respectful. Mr. Eddy checked on them every day and made sure everything was perfect and that the area was cleaned up daily. He made sure that we were satisfied every step of the way. The price he quoted is the price we paid. The pool turned out beautiful and only took 13 days from start to finish. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and would definitely use them in the future.
