Unfortunately, what should have been a simple dinner turned into an hour-and-a-half ordeal. Our reservation was for 6:00 PM, yet we were not seated until 7:30 PM. Throughout that entire time, the hostess repeatedly told us the same line: "We're cleaning the grill." However, we watched multiple guests walk in without reservations and get seated immediately at the very grill that was supposedly being cleaned for us. If you do not intend to honor reservations, then simply do not take them. It is incredibly unfair--and frankly unprofessional--to allow walk-ins to bypass guests who planned ahead and booked reservations in good faith. To make matters worse, the wait staff seemed completely unaware of what was happening and continued to repeat the same story for over an hour. If the team isn't informed, they should at the very least refrain from misleading their guests. This experience was not only frustrating but also deeply disappointing. I truly hope management addresses this breakdown in communication and respect for customer time, because what happened tonight was completely unacceptable.
