We ordered the crazy tuna roll(middle), the refresher roll(bottom) and the spicy mango roll ? (Top). Beautiful. Delectable. BUT this place is a hit or miss they be having their days ...

Great spot with tons of options. Fish is fresh and staff is helpful. Would come back and dine in or do drive thru.

    Philadelphia and Texas roll

I ordered the Philadelphia roll and the Texas roll to go. The Texas roll was great, but for some reason, the Philadelphia was very very fishy. I ordered that as my safety net incase I didn't like the other, so it was pretty disappointing to not even want to eat it. Great pricing though.

Food is AMAZING! I suggest you look at pics to get an idea of what you want. Menu is huge. Portions are moderate. Dining area is small. Bathrooms smell. Should be cleaned more often!! No excuse for that kind of neglect. Service is good. Ambiance is mediocre.

Not from the area but Yelped restaurants to eat on the way back home. We came across Go Fish and read through the reviews, sushi looked good, so we decided to give it a try. You take a menu, find a place to sit, look through the menu, then go back and order your food. Food: we ordered from the happy hour 3 rolls for $13+. The Louisiana and spicy tuna roll were ok. Third roll we got was the katana, which is a deep fried (tempura) with cream cheese, jalapeño but tasted like bell peppers. I wasn't a fan of this roll, it was drenched in oil, and it was not crunchy at all! For some reason it longer for us to get this particular roll. Loved the side seaweed salad, gyoza, and miso soup though! We dined in so I got to see the cleanliness of the restaurant. Not so clean, the restroom was filthy and is in major need of cleaning, the toilet seat needs to be fixed too. I can only hope the kitchen area where the food is prepared is sanitized.

Tried it today. We didn't get sushi but tried shrimp fried rice, chicken egg rolls and chicken noodles. It was hot and fresh. Egg rolls were hot, crispy and not greasy. Everything else was hot and flavorful. Easy parking and easy to find. Lots of variety to chose from. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The food is good and they make a variety of good sushi. The service is good too. The restaurant is always busy and it's obvious why.

There's plenty of nice local establishments, but some can be pricey and some are just more casual than you want. Scott Williams has perfected the restaurants of Tyler that are balanced between affordable and still quite nice. He got his toes in the water with FDs, before expanding into Javi's, Twelve, and now the fanciest of them all in III Palms. I thought of all those options, Twelve would be the most unique and tasty for my girlfriend and I. We went in an hour before they closed on a Sunday and were seated immediately. We weren't too hungry so we didn't expect to be there past their closing time, and we were ready to go. Our waiter was quick and attentive, bringing us water and helping us decide on drinks from the bar and our order. He also showed us their insane over-the-top whiskey menu. If you like whiskey, give Twelve a shot I guess. To order, I just got their 'Osaka Style' Pressed Roll while my girlfriend got a Sushi Bowl Salad. We got Sweet Potato Fries to share. As for drinks, I started with their Monkey See, Monkey Do, an impressive and firm beverage, while my girlfriend ordered their Destin Dream, a fun Pina Colada-like drink. It wasn't long before our food came out. The sushi was beautifully plated with some wasabi and pickled ginger on the side. I destroyed all the rolls. They were all very fresh and very high quality, which was remarkable for their $13.50 price tag. My girlfriend's sushi bowl looked insane. She ate most of it, but I filled the gaps and devoured the rest of it. The sweet potato fries were crispy and heavenly like all sweet potato fries usually are. I felt adventurous and I got a second drink of their Rose Garden, which was simple but flavorful. Compared to FDs, the menu might be a little more sea-inspired and more adventurous, but I think it leads to better, more unique food, especially with offerings like Oyster Rockefeller and a sushi bar. I also know Twelve does a great brunch as well, so keep that on your radar. Ultimately, as the bill came, the price was very manageable even with the alcohol. It's nice that you don't fully have to break the bank to have a nice meal in Tyler thanks to places like Twelve. I rate it a 12/10. Get it? hahahaha... RIYL: A slightly adventurous, but affordable night out.
