There is a back door entrance/exit that leads you to the mall where you have a lot of choices where you can eat or just walk around. The staff are friendly. The bathroom situation is very tight. Th door opens in and you have to squeeze yourself to get through. There was drippings of water on the floor surface, I'm not sure where it was coming from. There is a big swimming pool on a lower floor but overlooking from the floor I was staying. The area was quiet and we weren't disturbed during our stay. Overall overnight stay is ok.

Once we were dropped off we had to take an elevator to the 3rd floor to check in. The host stationed near the elevator and check-in line was friendly. I chatted with him for a little bit and he answered my questions. The front desk staff were kind too. It seemed like a pretty popular hotel with international travelers. While I waited in line I overheard different languages while they walked by. The room was spacious and clean. We had a nice view of Manila Bay and the promenade. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and they offered the usual toiletries on the sink counter. The view was pretty at night as the seaside promenade was lit up. The room service Halo-Halo was good. It was a pretty big portion size so my fam and I were able to share it. It was a nice treat after a busy day. The room was pretty quiet. If we had neighbors we didn't hear them. The pool area was nicely designed and beautifully landscaped. The staff working there were friendly. I liked that there was artwork spread throughout the resort so there was always something interesting to look at. The different artwork stopped me in my tracks a couple of times. We dined at one of their restaurants, Brasserie on 3, and we showed up for their breakfast buffet. I still think Medley Buffet at Okada is better in food and service but Brasserie was still pretty good. The hotel has a pretty large layout so it can take some time to get to the Mall of Asia but it was still very convenient. I liked that this property is connected to the mall via a pedestrian bridge. It was definitely one of the better hotels I stayed at while on vacation. I would stay here again.

It's perfect for a big family staying together on a trip.

My "Yelp Thank You Thursday"…read more I traveled to the NCR for some reason and I am tired from the long bus ride. It is 12ish so I am aware that I can't check in yet. But I let the receptionist know that I have arrived and I have a reservation for the night. The receptionist let me put my info, then advised me to sit and wait. After like maybe 15 minutes, my name is called and I was told that my room is ready. Wow!! I wanted to jump for joy. They let me checked in early (normally 2pm). An employee showed me my room, gave a brief explanation and left me to rest. The room is decent. A/C works well but it's making a noise. It's the shower that I love. Good water pressure. Just the down side - no shower curtain to separate the shower and toilet, so the whole bathroom is wet. Overall it was a good experience. I wouldn't mind staying here again. Recommended. * Express check in * Free WiFi * They have walk in rates by the hour. * Limited TV channels though.

It's packed with traveling Japanese, Euros and Australians in the city to party. More than sufficient for an overnight stay. I am writing a blog for great and reasonable travel in Southeast Asia and this Thai based company, is expanding in the Japan, Malaysia,Thailand and now the Philippines markets is one of the leading contenders in reasonable housing. The other value-added service here is the car pickup from MNL to this hotel. Its the cheapest around about 1100 Phil. pesos round trip (about $22). A person shows up at the airport by baggage claim with your name on a sign, just like a regular limo service. The car is an economy car unless you want to limo. That costs more of course. You can book through the travel desk at this hotel (a 3rd party company) to the right of the checkin desk. Or email the hotel ahead of time. It takes about 24 hours to confirm your airport pick up. Verdict: Enjoyed it for an overnight stay. Will use again if i come in on a late night flight and leaving the next morning. Visits: 1 Tip: Do not stay here if you expect 4-5 star hotel services. But come here if you want to save beaucoup $$ because the rate is incredibly fair. This time we stayed 2 nights before we had to catch another flight, we stayed at the older tower which was a bummer since we loved the newer tower last time. Staff was still the same, friendly and helpful like last time. We had clothes laundered and was delivered same day. We also tried the room service which was delivered within 40 minutes I think. The older tower has older plugs so be aware of that, I did borrow a transformer/converter for my hair straightener which worked perfectly. Overall, would stay again but I would probably request to be in the newer tower.
Manila Marriott Hotel - Manila Philippines…read more What a Great Hotel!!!! The hospitality the staff displayed is unmatched, everyone you encountered greeted you and provided service with a smile. They really make you feel that your comfort and satisfaction is important to them. The hotel itself is modern, clean and well maintained. The amenities include a full gym, outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, executive suite (a quiet place to eat and snack throughout the day), in house spa and full bar that offers snacks and food throughout the day. The food is amazing... the breakfast buffet has so many varieties of fresh, hot dishes to choose from, all kinds of fresh fruits and vegetables. I will admit that I tasted as many pastries as I possibly could and loved everyone!!! Although the property is outstanding it's the people... the staff really makes this a special place. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in the Philippines!!!

Our main problem was our room was too dimly lit. It was very hard to see inside our luggages. The shower stall had no door. At least, the bathroom was well lit. A little bit of refreshing goes a very very long way and it's definitely good for the traveling spirit. Specially when you have another flight at 0810. An airconditioned shuttle to and from the hotel is provided and is complementary. The spacious Suzuki people carrier came to pick us up that night. The driver greeted us warmly and even helped us with our bags. Upon arrival to the hotel, two bell employees helped unload the van and helped us carry our bags up 2 flights of stairs and escorted us to our room. The rooms had two beds (one single, one full), air-conditioning unit, a fridge, two chairs and a little table and a window. It also has a bathroom with hot shower, a toilet, and a sink with a mirror. Other than that this place is all I need and plenty more. I had a great short night stay here. Thank you very much Siayan Hotel for a quick night stay. I'll probably see you again next time.

I believe the kitchen is open 24 hours but the item availability changes late into the night Express check out allows you to simply drop off your key card in the deposit box at the front desk. C Only qualm i have of the room was that the hot water doesn't get very hot in temperature despite being set to the hottest setting. Will it stop me from coming back? Its slippery; One small ass tube of lotion for 2 people. They should have a lotion dispenser w/ a holder similar to the liquids in the shower; In Dec 2024, I stayed at the Grand Hyatt in BGC. Although the Regency is smaller vs the Grand, it is no less lively. The clientele seemed to mostly be locals, some of whom enjoy going to a casino. I like this property bc it is closer to MNL vs the Grand.
