Terrible customer service and Q.A. department should be replaced! Recieved shoes filthy dirty worn even the box was worn out sticky and nasty! Instead of trying to fixed the problem the supervisor wanted to argue!! They have lost a shoe lover never again will i order from them. read more

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE, PAY THE EXTRA MONEY ELSEWHERE. What may appear to be a deal is not sometimes after you have dealth with the frustration of curt employees. The customer service and mgmt is terrible, some are argumentative. Just don't do it. I am not going into specific details! read more

"Slight discoloration". This was a bit more. Tried to call to speak to someone and no response to online chat or phone. Plus, delivery was way longer than promised. I normally check reviews before ordering from a site - kicking myself for not doing it with shoemall. read more

Not sure what happened to everyone else who had a bad experience but I ordered a pair of MIA shoes from Shoemall.com and the order was processed and shipped super fast, got it within a week and for a killer deal with free shipping. read more

Ordered Keds in October for $23. Received 3 weeks later (Fed Ex tracking indicated they, themselves were the culprits). The "MEDIUMS" were NARROW. Returned with expectations of remittance - all is well. THEN mid-January, I've received the SAME pair back. (I hadn't ordered anything.) THEY USED MY PAYPAL WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION to pay for them at $40. Tried to get someone on the phone. I wasn't mad, just figured it was a system fluke. After 10 mins, I got a girl who heard my problem, switched me over to some automated requesting an access code, then cut me off. Houston, we have a problem. read more

I ordered a pair of summer shoes on June 16th. They were to big so I returned them and requested that I be sent a size smaller. When I never heard from them I called. They told me that it takes 2 weeks to process the return and then they send the request for the new size to the order department to be sent out. Once the order department receives the order it is processed and takes 5 to 7 business days to process. I was told when I called the return was received on 7/6. I called again on 7/23 and was told that the return was just processed today and they did not know if they had sent for the new order. When I asked why he said he would have to transfer me to his manager. She in turn told me that this is the company policy. They suggest that when you make to exchange for a new size that you just return the shoe and go on line and reorder right away. NO other company I order from does this and it is ridiculous. I will not use this company again EVER! read more

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. DO NOT give them your business. I spent well over $100 with them (stupid me) and after waiting weeks for the order to arrive, I returned my items. I used their return label (which I had to pay for) and sent the return in early April. It took weeks for the return to start tracking. The last date that shows up on the FedEx tracking is April 27th. It is now May 8th and my shoes seem to be lost. Customer Service told me I had to follow up with FedEx and blamed the delay on Covid. PUHHLEEEZE. I have a feeling I will never see my money again. Please do not let this company reel you in with a deal. It's not worth it. They are scammers, plain and simple. read more

I was terrified after playing an order at shoemall.com then seeing all the reviews. I honestly didn't even expect the shoes to ever arrive but they got there there in less than a week and were exactly what I ordered. Seems like most people have issues trying to exchange or return an order, thankfully I didn't need to do either. read more

I spend over $82 and the product was terrible. I immediately mail it back in the original package and asked for a refund. They refunded $33!!!. They kept $49. Didn't see all the horrible reviews about customer service until after I made my order. Whatever you do...don't order anything from this piece of crap company. read more

Called them regarding my order in "shipping now" stage for a few days. The customer service representative Sharon sounded dead and like she hated life. Didn't know what to do and directed me to a supervisor who didn't know any answers either. They are unsure if my order is backordered or in stock and don't even know what stage my order is at. Edit:they've begun shipping mysteriously after I called them, will see if they shipped the right item despite them being unsure if my product is back ordered Edit2: I got the shoes and looked them over. They appear the be legit timberlands and were as pictured. Shipping is slow but I received the real product at a heavily discounted rate. Minor gripe I had was packaging. The tape had already been peeled off half of the box and you could legit open it without any difficulty, any person could look into the box and clearly tell a timberland shoe is inside. A minor issue but I got it so heavily discounted I can't complain much. Kudos to you Shoemall for soothing my doubts. read more

This company is terrible! Don't waste your time. They refused to issue me refund, even though product is late by 10 days. Kept telling me to "wait a few more days." I ended up buying same product from another company and already received. Don't know what there problem is but they have zero customer service skills. read more

Returned Shoes and never received credit. lost $120. Should have kept the shoes and donated them. will never order from shoemall.com again read more

Stay away from Shoemall.com. Shoemall.com does not respect their own return policy. They say that a fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your purchase upon return, however the bar code is not accepted by the recommended carrier. Instead, I had to pay $15.30 to return my purchase and they refuse to reimburse me for the additional cost. Terrible customer service. read more

this company's customer service is one of the worst i have ever had the experience of dealing with. my order was shipped and fedex dropped it off at the wrong house, emailed them both pictures as prove and ask them to address the issue with fedex. i was told that i have to wait to receive a tracer form from them, to complete it and send it back via us postal service, once they receive it the tracer will be filed with fedex, in the mean time i have to wait for showmall to decide if they send me the products again or refund my money. first time customer and going through this nightmare making it worst by this unreasonable delay in addressing this simple problem that i did not create. i strongly recommend staying away from this company. i give them a big zero rating read more

I had NO problems returning the sandals I bought online from shoemall.com. They refunded me promptly (minus the minimal shipping cost). NO hassles. Deal done, I was pleased, and will probably order again from them. read more

Terrible company to deal with. They clarified on their site they had the best quality and return policy. Very misleading. But after I ordered I was informed one pair of shoes was not available and the other pair came to me all stretched out. I was then informed I would have to pay for the return. I would never have bought from this company had I known this. It took 2 weeks before they informed they received the shoes. When they finally refunded my money a few days after this, they subtracted $9.85! I couldn't believe it! You know they get deals on shipping. Then I researched their site and it said they charge $8.95 for returns so they charged me more! I will be contacting my bank so they will warn their customers. Complete rip-off!! Avoid Shoemall! read more

I ordered a pair of sneakers two and a half months ago. Initially, I was told that it will be delayed for a week then for a month then for another month and when I called I was given conflicting answers. After I requested to speak to a supervisor I was placed on hold and ended up hanging up after a long wait. I will not recommend this company to anyone. read more

Shoemall is impossible to deal with. I ordered shoes thru amazon, but the actual seller was Shoemall. When shoes arrived they were defective. I returned them thru amazon, but to shoemall. Shoemall agreed to refund the $11.95 shipping since the shoes were defective. I got a refund for the price of the shoes, but not the shipping. After several back and forths, they asked for a photo of the shipping receipt. I sent that and now they are telling me to ship the shoes back for a refund!!! AAAGH. What a runaround they are giving me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! read more

Shoemall had the sneakers I wanted. Never received any type of email regarding my order and it never came. So I tracked down my order on Paypal and called to get a tracking number. FedEx would state a delivery date, they would not arrive and then the date would be changed to the following day. Finally they were delivered, to JJohnson in North, Virginia. I live in Brooklyn, NY. Got through to Shoemall but of course the person on the phone can't help me, I have to talk to a supervisor and they aren't in yet. So I call back, more hold time, go through the entire story again, transferred, on hold for an hour and then the supervisor tells me they can't refund my money or do anything because the package was delivered (albeit to someone other than me) so I have to dispute it through paypal. Definitely won't be ordering from them again. read more

NEVER buy from ShoeMall. First, my "in-stock" order for which I paid extra $15 for 1-3 day delivery was delayed for weeks, then the wrong size was delivered. I was denied refund for the extra delivery charge AND I was charged for the return shipping. Weeks later after my return was acknowledged, I have still not received my credit. Every time I call after a waiting period they specify, they simply add a new waiting period. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund and their customer service "supervisors" are trained to be rude and abusive and then hang up on you. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM. read more

I received two left shoes , and had to pay for shipping back .

If there was a zero star, I'd give it. Ordered 5 pairs of shoes. 1 never arrived despite a tracking number issued. I had to wait on hold over 15 minutes to talk to someone who told me she can't help me and call back from 8-4 to talk to a Supervisor. Really? I am pacific time and am a teacher so I essentially can't call during their limited time. Fast forward to after school is out, I sit on hold AGAIN for 15 minutes to be transferred to Supervisor. She explains that sometimes shoes get "stuck" in the black hole between getting a tracking number and actually shipping. She credited me. I had already repurchased the shoes afraid of losing my size. Fast forward to the other 4 pairs. 3 were returned using their $6.95 label. I filled out the form for 2 of 3 to be replaced with different size. Crickets. I just sat on hold for 15 minutes AGAIN to be told I have to speak to a Supervisor. She claims there is no record of the associated return bar code being scanned. so I put the phone down to get the other half of the invoice and she hangs up on me. I wait ANOTHER 15 minutes to get through and am told Supervisors were done for the day. Now I know why I was hung up on. I said I know there are Supervisors on the floor of a call center, i used to manage a call center. There are people to manage. She CLAIMS there is NOONE other than phone reps in the building. Baloney, Managers exist to deal with personnel needs at minimum. If you need and customer service, and you will, the REAL hours of this company is 8-4 Wisconsin time...not the long hours posted on the website. Oh, and they don't staff. I was told not to call during their busy times....like the 15 minute wait time was my fault!! No offer to have a Supervisor call me. NOTHING!!! I am out $180 worth of returned shoes unless I want to spend an afternoon on the phone....of course, their "busy times" isn't posted on their website and neither is their Supervisor hours. The 25% I saved isn't worth it! read more

Another unhappy customer who'd like to give them zero stars! Yes, they have good prices. But, if your shoe doesn't fit and you want a refund, you're going to have to fight HARD for it. Just do not buy from this terrible company. The customer services reps are not only unhelpful but shockingly rude. I had to open a PayPal case with them to get a simple refund. Put this company out of business. Do not buy from them! read more

Do NOT order from this company. Ordered product on 1/20/22. Terrible customer service. Zero initiative to find my order stuck with Fedex since 1/27/22. No ability to escalate. I ordered a shoe and it took them 2 month to ship it out and I never received the package. It got lost so I contacted them and they told me that they will not resend the shoe nor give me a refund. The supervisor said (if you like you can purchase it again but we are not giving you a refund we will be losing business.) well guess what??? You just lost 5 customers for life. Thats why Amazon is staying in business they care to keep their customers happy so that we keep spending our hard earned money with them instead of giving it away to shoe mall. read more

I ordered from here on 10/23/21 because their website stated I would have the shoes by 10/30/21. I wanted them for a trip. I didn't get them in time. I tried to cancel but they said no as shoes were already shipped?? It's now 11/7/21. I still don't have them. Don't use this company. They lie on their website to entice you. I wish I could give this a 0 star . Terrible terrible customer service ! A polite man had to transfer me to a 'supervisor' who couldn't answer a basic question about order. She was short and curt with her response . Argumentative when asked when the order be shipped I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand ! Ordered again .. ordered 12/23/2019. I understand it is the Holiday season .however it is January 6 , 2020 and still no shoes ... customer service . Nada , nothing , none! read more

If I could give no starts I would. Do yourself a favor and run from this shoemall website! They advertise shoes that they can not order and charge you. There customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. They have no idea what happens to the orders nor do they care to find out. Their shoes might seem cheep or on sale, but believe me, you pay for it in the long run. I will never buy from this site again. read more

Prices and selection are decent but hope you don't want to return anything!!! I got some shoes that didn't work for me. They were shipped to me free but I had to pay to ship them back. Annoying but understandable. Then it took more than 4 weeks!!!!! for them to process my return and give me a refund. I'm sorry - but that is outside of what's acceptable. I do not plan to order from Shoemall again. They get a big F on returns from me. read more

Dont really leave reviews, but after doing some digging and seeing a good amount of negative reviews for this company after placing an order, I was kind of skeptical. DO NOT ORDER FROM SHOEMALL I was trying to help my elderly mother by ordering shoes for her to try. I saw there was some return shipping I had to absorb, thinking it was minimal. I had to return the shoes, as they did not fit her. SHOEMALL.com did NOT supply a return label with prepaid shipping. When I phoned them the first two people I spoke to said I should have gotten one in the box. Then they put a supervisor on who told me since the shoes were from a third party, I had to pay the shipping back which cost me 12$!!!!!!!! I explained to them that just about every online store now pays for your returns. HOW DARE THEY in this day of online shopping. read more

Shoes never arrived. They say it will take "legal documents" to get a refund. BUYER BEWARE! STAY AWAY

The worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Ordered boots a week ago- was sent a confirmation email with a tracking number- when I clicked on the link FedEx didn't have record of it. Spent 40 minutes on hold and was told my boots were sent to Texas not Massachusetts. The customer service representative gave ME attitude after telling me she wasn't sure where my boots were. I called back and was told I couldn't cancel my order, that they could mail me a cancellation form to fill out. What??? Avoid at all costs. read more

I truly believe that this was my worst shopping experience ever! The customer service is terrible, I was on the phone a total of almost an hour and 45 minutes. Their computer system is horrible. If you have to call it will take over 30 minutes for them to get a representative on the phone. Unfortunately it is necessary to call because their system is not user-friendly at all. When I place the order they did not say that they would be backordered. I waited a week and a half and check on my order, it said they couldn't find it. So I had to call. When I finally got ahold of somebody they said that my shoe was on backorder three and a half months. This is totally insane. Never ever order shoes from this place. read more

I ordered a pair of Sorel boots from Shoemall since they were almost $50 cheaper than from Sorel or Amazon. Shipping was slow, but I was fine with that since the boots were so cheap, and they were upfront about shipping times. Got a tracking email after the boots shipped, and when the boots arrived they were exactly as ordered. I didn't see these reviews until after I got the boots, so then I double checked in case there were some defects I didn't notice, but nope! The boots are perfect and they do not seem to be fake as far as I can tell. I was happy with my experience, though due to everyone else's bad reviews I would think twice before ordering from them again. In this case everything went well and I saved a lot of money! read more

Terrible customer service.... do not order from this site and if you do NEVER pay for "express" shipping, what a scam. I placed an order on Tuesday (early afternoon) and paid $25 for express 2-3 day delivery. Figured it would be processed Tuesday (day 0) and go out Wednesday (day 1) and arrive Friday (Day 3).... just like any other online retailer. They did not ship out until late Thursday (2 days after placing my order) and did not arrive until Monday evening. When I asked to be reimbursed for my "express" shipping they explained that is the fastest they work and they do not offer refunds. Needless to say I did not receive my shoes in time for y trip and I will never use this site again. They do not offer anything that I couldn't get somewhere else and why work with a business that doesn't care about their customers? read more

I wish I would have read these reviews before I made a purchase. I did receive my order in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I had to return since the pair of shoes did not fit. Mailed in return 25 days ago. Still no refund! I will call again for status for the third week in a row. read more
