I made an order on December 12th 2025 , got an email December 23rd 2025 saying my is on the way , but called January 8th 2026 to check on my order and was told my order was cancelled on December 31, 2025 , but didn't get any notification, but received an email saying it was on the way! It would be challenging to believe this "business" is anything other than a scam. What business would send inventory to anyone without payment? I received a package from this entity without ever having heard of it or visiting their website. I checked my credit card first but there was no charge from them thankfully. I asked my immediate family if they'd sent a gift to me but they hadn't. the worst ever. never ever buy from them. ordered a 49.99 top..with tax and shipping came to 62 something. I knew the cost of shipping, and I knew I would have to pay shipping if I returned. What you don't know is in addition to paying to return, you pay for the shipping label which you get taxed on. I had a credit of the 49.99, and wrongly assumed ( you know the saying) the return fee would come from that. NO...not only did it not come from that, I was charged for the label, plus tax...for a total of 22 something owed. And, if you have one of their cards or any card I guess, they do not credit any of that back to you. So, in essence, I paid almost $100 for a blouse that was 49.99 and returned. BAD, BAD, BAD. Bad credit advertising, everyday i get a email stating i have available credit and everytime I place order its denied and masseys tells me I need to pay for full order. And I paid off my balances on time and have plenty of credit for the item. Its misleading confusing and pointless ordering i get all kinds of invoices in the mail. Its more trouble then there worth. Hi, I've been buying stuff from. Massey's for several years , and their other sites also k jordon, Mason Ez pay , stoneberry, I never really had a problem. But I bought two pair of boots for my wife Riekersand chacos nice boots , them my girl was in a bad car accident she was hit by a drunk , she was in the hospital and rehab for over a year so when she finally came home in gave her the boots ,well they didn't fit . NO ONE EVER WORE THEM , I CALLED AND THET said I could return. For store credit so I said that's Kool. So I waited and waited for 3 months and no refund on account, . Then I got a big box sent back to me saying to hey wouldn't take them back because the were worn and dirty . I was pissed . Because the chacos ha e white speckals in the rubber that's the way they make them , and the riekers have discolored leather by the toes and heel it looks dirty but that's the way there made ITS SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE THAT NO ONE EVER WORE THEM TO THEIR CRAZY DONT THEY KNIW THAT DIRTY LOOK IS The style the souls are a off colored black that look dirty but there not dirty so I'm stuck with them I'm going to write corporate but I don't know what their greedy people will do ??? I received a package from Massey's- Stoneberry sent to my old address. I've never heard of this company and have never ordered anything from this company! Someone has fraudulently opened store credit under my name. If you want to send the item you never ordered back they will charge you another $9.99. I called the company and was transferred 3 times with wait times over an hour. This company is fraudulently sending out packages by stating You ordered it. They do a soft credit check then when you order your first order a hard line of credit is opened. All done fraudulently! This was all done without my knowledge. I have seen the same problem stated in other complaints. They say they will send you a fraudulent package to fill out to cancel your line of credit but its just to get more info on you. I'm sure they have done this many other times without others filing complaints. This company needs to be investigated criminally. I will contact the authorities for this matter. I would like the fraudulent account created in my name cancelled, the bill cancelled, and for the company to pay for the shirt to be returned to them for free. They know what they are doing and it is wrong! If anyone has had this problem please report it to the BBB. read more

I've been with Massey for years over 6 years, I asked why didn't they ever give Promo codes especially for people that's been with them a long time. The respond I got was horrible. They said well you like our stuff don't you. And I said yes but what does that have to do with the question I asked. With that they told me that I should been getting them, and I said check my order history I never got a e-mail or anything else. I spend hundreds with this company but as of today I'm done. Now I do get e-mails saying that my credit limit is gone up, but I can't get a promo discount after 6 years or better years of spending hundreds. And they didn't even try to accommodated my request. I purchased a pair of winter boots for my granddaughter and used their size chart ordering a size larger than my granddaughter wears. They were too small and since she is in another state, and I didn't want her to be without boots when the snow came, I ordered a second pair in a large size (which barely fit). When I was there for Christmas I retrieved the first pair of boots, so I could return them. Which I did in early January. The first pair of boots were about $20 more than the second pair ordered. When they received the first pair back they only credited the the lesser amount AND charged an additional 7.95 for the return shipping. I had already made two payments on the account. (Nothing otherwise on the account). The order should have been $65 total, and having already paid $40, I figured, even with interest, that the balance should be within $30. When they didn't send a statement this month I called. You can't get past the automated system easily. So I called back to the order line, which if course they answered. There I am told I owe $55! They transferred to credit department that insist my account balance is $0. I know that isn't correct, so after being told, "Well, if you don't get a statement, don't worry about it." I informed the young man that I DO have a balance, but the other departments have an incorrect amount. After asking fo a supervisor, which I never got to talk to, the man said ,"Oh, we found the account and it's $55." When I objected he says well they only credited the amount of the second pair of boots. (It was the more expensive ones I sent back ) I am going to pay them off and NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. My computer was hacked and they got my previous shopping information.When I received an e-mail from Massey's telling me my order was shipped to New Jersey, I replied I didn't place the order, they did not respond. When I received my statement it took 3 calls to get to talk to someone in customer service. I was sent to 3 different people and no one could help me. Finally I was able to talk to someone after being on hold for 30 minutes. I was told I need to file a Police report they will NOT folllow up on it and credit my account 359.00. I ordered a body shaper from Masseys but changed my mind about the purchase due to the pricing. It was too late to stop the shipment so upon the items arrival, I refused it at the post office and it was returned. I continued to receive bills from Masseys even though I did not have the item. I emailed them to which the constant reply was, "We have not received the item". I finally contacted customer service to which I was transferred to a "supervisor " who identified herself as "Nancy". Nancy stated she received the tracking of the item but she has to contact the vendor to find out if they received the item back. She continued to state if they had not, I would be responsible for the item. I informed her that I was not responsible as the item was refused at the post office to which I have verification. She continued to place the responsibility of the item on me although proof that it was refused is available. I told her that I am not responsible at the point of refusing an item. Nancy then stated I would also be responsible for the $15.99 shipping and handling. I'm not aware of this in the contract. Please take extreme caution in doing business with Masseys. read more

First off I would like to say that all of the people leaving 1 star reviews did NOT read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS. It clearly states on there how much the shipping and handling will be (it's based off of how much your order subtotal is.) Yes, the quality can be bad at times, but no company is perfect. And YES YOU DO HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING EVEN IF you return the item because they still had to pay postage to ship it to you(along with $6.95-7.95 to send it back.) And for those of you saying that they shipped it to the wrong address, please just have them double check your shipping address before you tell them it's okay to place the order. If the package does get shipped to the wrong address, just call in and BE POLITE to the customer service rep because then they will do everything they can to help you. It was most likely the mail-carrier's fault for taking it to the wrong place, not the companies. If you're rude to the customer service rep then they will NOT want to talk to you. Just remember that IF YOU DON'T WANT TO TALK TO THEM, THEY WON'T WANT TO TALK TO YOU! Shipping costs: THEY DON'T CARE HOW EXPENSIVE YOU THINK THE SHIPPING COSTS ARE--- if you don't like the shipping costs, then DON'T ORDER! They'll do just fine without you. Next, just because of the fact that you "have been a customer for # of years" DOES NOT MATTER. If you don't pay your bills on time, then you get a late fee and that is that. This company does not help grow your credit, nor do they have a physical credit card anymore. They give you a rough estimate of a credit limit based off of your household income. YOU ARE PRE-APPROVED FOR A CERTAIN AMOUNT--- UNTIL FINAL CREDIT APPROVAL (which can and will change your credit limit based off of household income, etc.)!! Once you place an order, the credit department determines whether or not you need to make a down-payment (down-payments are normal, DON'T YELL AT CUSTOMER SERVICE just because you have to make a down payment... it's not their fault), if it gets cancelled, or if it ships out. The monthly payment number that you see IS JUST AN ESTIMATE--- IT CAN CHANGE! (as it says in the Terms & Conditions) Next: Returning Items - Returns can take between 4-5 weeks during busy season, and 2-3 weeks during their normal season. Then you will be reimbursed for the order subtotal, and then you still owe them for shipping. When you order something, keep in mind that they only ship on business days, so Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (before 12:00 p.m.) And to all the people saying they stole your money, they really didn't, you just don't understand how the system works.
