The truck driver slowed enough to stop at the speed bump that was adjacent to my car, looked my direction, then drove off. I called the company back and apparently he got another call. I would have felt better if I was at least acknowledged by the driver and told what was happening before they pulled off. You know, since I had already paid for the service. Update: The tow truck driver returned about an hour later and another gentleman that I spoke with earlier regarding the driver leaving called and explained why this action was taken and I appreciated the call. For that, I updated my initial review. Thanks.

Sure enough when they showed up, the roadside assistance finally called and said they were 15 min away. At this point, I was on 240 for 3hrs damn near! All around Town was very quick to help and they will get all of my future business!
