They do have stations for a quick mall-style polish as well, if that's what you're after. What I got back was three pairs of shoes that looked [almost] new! Not just that, but it lasted! I took one of these pairs to a wedding! Dancing plus a couple "oops, sorry for stepping on your foot" later, and the shoes still look like new. I bought them in Amsterdam in 1993, and they are still in style, those fashion-forward Dutch! Walkable 5 inch heels are something to be treasured, and preserved. Well. Needless to say, they get a workout, and the heels get beat up once in awhile, even losing bits of the bottom of the heel. Every time this happens, I think they're down for the count. No! I brought them to Excellent for a reviving spa day. Overnight I had new heel . . . whatever those things are on the bottom of the heel.
