He loved the selection of clothes and sneakers that are way too cool for his dad. The staff was patient, but better than that, they were genuinely chatty and interested in talking to both of us. My son walked out happy and with some new threads, which is really all that matters. A great spot for sneaker and streetwear fans, especially the younger ones who are way cooler than their dads.

0 stars! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Spent 16+ hours waiting for the Nike x BTS collab. Followed all…read morerules given by Nike security, but SF Nike store manager Raquel Collazo was on a power trip & removed us from front of line & refused to give us wristbands. Raquel Collazo & her team were giving ppl conflicting info for the Nike x BTS collab event. We were the first ones to arrive on 7/4 & waited for over 16 hrs. Security told us to wait in our car & line up at the entrance when they set up stanchions on 7/5 11am. They confirmed multiple times on 7/4 & 7/5 not to line up in the unofficial line across the street bc it would not be honored. 7/5 approximately 10am: Raquel, Mel & security guard exited the store & walked across the street to the unofficial line at "the Square." Other employees brought out the stanchions, so we went to line up at the entrance. However, the employee had no clue what to do & had us wait there so he can radio his manager. We waited for a while, & were passed to another employee named Mel, who also didn't know what to do. Then, Mel passed us to Raquel. We told her we needed wristbands bc we were the first to arrive on 7/4 & have been waiting for 16 hrs. However, she was rude, dismissive & refused to give us wristbands. Raquel was on a power trip & kept repeating, "THEY REPORT TO ME" when asking ARMY's who advised us to line up at the Nike entrance. We even offered to show pictures that we took when we arrived, but she said no and ignored us. So, ARMY's who followed the rules were punished & removed from the line for no reason. Nike, please retrain your employees! Raquel Collazo lacks empathy & accountability & did not apologize for their misinformation. This goes against Nike's core expectations for Nike's Code of Conduct. Also, Raquel Collazo claimed she spent 30 days training her team for the BTS x Nike event, but it was poorly managed & executed. Many of us ARMY's spent our days, money, time, energy, & gas traveling to SF for nothing. Unfortunately, a highly anticipated event that was meant to be sweet, fun & memorable turned sour. NIKE at SF, do better. It's embarrassing. We're longtime Nike customers & spent lots of money on Nike products, but we are never returning to this location. This negative experience has tainted the Nike brand's reputation. We will be taking our business to competitor brands that have high customer satisfaction. In addition, there are many negative reviews that consistently point to a similar issue: terrible customer service, or lack thereof!

Seriously amazing off the charts visit! My teen is obsessed…read morewith golden goose shoes so when she realized it was maker day at the SF Flagship store she had to schedule an appointment. For those (like me) who are not completely hip to what "maker day" is....essentially it's a pre set appointment in which you work with a staff designer (insert shout out here to the amazingly talented Lauryn!!) who in turn "embellishes" a pair of shoes you pick out from the store. Think of it as another step into personalization, which I'm all for if it can turn a pair of everyone wears these shoes Into a pair of wow those are super different unique clearly personalized kicks you have right there. Extra graffiti, monogram, drawings, gems, charms, laces, etc they could really run the gamut on this platform - 100 dollars gets you 30 min plus a boat load of add ons. If anything, Golden Goose is underestimating the potential here -platformed/positioned correctly this service could easily go for double - potentially triple with the right set up & options - but back to my point - we load up our doggo, jump in the wagon, jaunt up the 101 to the Geary street store we were warmly welcomed by the store mgr Callie who embodies the golden-verse, she is a total super star of a store manager. You meet store managers and then you meet store managers - Callie is the EXACT, I mean to the T, type of store manager you want to meet at Golden Goose or frankly any store for that matter - savvy, fun, client oriented, patient, present, stylish yet still chill with vibe that you are talking to your bestie or your favorite long time neighbor - plus her brand knowledge?? EPIC - my teen was r.i.v.i.t.e.d. discussing, style, colors, numbers, options, laces, glitters and the like. A store manager taking professional time and consideration to be present with a 13 year old client is clearly embracing the philosophy of the brand and this my friend equals a home run - my kid will continue to pour money (my money for now) into gg shoes/clothes/bags for life - brand loyalty incarnate. On that late rainy sunday @ the SF golden store, history (and christmas) was made for my teen all thanks to Lauryn & Callie - true professionals w/staggering talent the embodiment of customer service and really just amazing humans, as an added bonus, they are both dog people so be sure to bring Fido along - Thanks Golden Goose for placing the right pros on your front line! Thanks to Callie & Lauryn at the Geary Flagship store for making my kids visit a phenomenal, extraordinary success!

I seriously thought about having them repaired, but the shoe wasn't worth the cost. I walked into Foot Worship and was greeted politely by some cute pooches. What I wanted was simple: a six inch patent leather Mary Jane with a closed toe. Disappointingly, I thought I was out of luck. The ladies were able to listen to me and was able to order almost the same shoe for an exceptionally reasonable price. They do have very large sizes and plenty of kinky costumes. My shoes arrived and they texted me to let me know. I'm so happy! Check the hours before you go! They don't open until 4!

Kevin sent a confirmation email after my call. So if I hadnt called, I would still be waiting for their email. Normally the email is supposed to be sent first to confirm that the hemming is complete. I am writing this experience so that others like me who are waiting for their email, can understand their process and set expectations accordingly.
