There were lots of options here, the staff was friendly and really helpful, and while up there in price, the shoes seemed worth it. I ended up with a pair with very well hidden medical grade orthotics inside which have made a huge difference in for me. I love to shop here for shoes and clothing brands that I love at more affordable prices. Most recently I was looking for leather loafers for work and shorts for summer. I was able to find both! I got some very comfortable Cole Haan loafers and a couple pairs of athletic shorts/skorts, plus a pair of jean shorts. They had some really cute pajamas as well, but I used self control and did not purchase them. I also love to shop here for toddler shoes for my son. They have discounted Adidas, Converse, New Balance, etc. in his tiny size and they are just adorable.

The store is Clean, Organized, and Wide Open (maybe they should call it the COW warehouse) and you can almost see the entire store from one spot. Easy to browse for sure instead of hunting for a shoe amongst a background of ugly boxes. I didn't find anything on this particular visit as they didn't have my size in the shoe I liked, but I'll stop back next time I'm in the plaza.

I have been on the hunt for a good pair of shoes for those days where you're trying to get all your…read moresteps in. I'd heard of places doing appropriate fit testing that goes further from the traditional method of putting your foot in and seeing where your toe is at. Fleet Feet offers a full scan of your foot and can track where you apply pressure when you walk. The scan/testing is very quick which offers some additional insights such as arch height, heel/ankle width, and more. The employee takes that information and grabs shoes to match. I will say it's a bit hard on the first visit to know what all I should be looking for once putting the shoe on because you get the technical speech, but some shoes just feel like shoes. I haven't reached pro status, but to accommodate this Fleet Feet does have a solid return policy in case you change your mind after walking out. I also walked out with some insoles to help with the arch and so far so good. It can be a bit pricey, but the shoes themselves match online prices and online you won't get the scan. I've recommended Fleet Feet to a few people and will continue to do so- it's cool to get insights!

I also take really good care of all my footwear. These boots are stamped inside, as being leather. When a back portion of each boot began peeling off, I contacted Rieker. They admitted parts of the boot were in fact, imitation leather, I expressed disappointment at their deceptive labeling. They are now giving me the run around, expecting me to find receipt and return to local store. Really? They should stand behind their product. I will definitely be leery of their so called leather shoes in the future. Deceptive and Defective shoes!!! Too bad, as they were quite comfortable, but how embarrassing to find them cracking and peeling off in pieces as I wore them Thanksgiving Day.

Once inside, expect someone to approach you to help you almost immediately. Tatiana helped me find new running shoes and cross-trainers after taking a look at my gait and making specific recommendations based on my personal needs. She was supremely helpful and I was in and out in under 15 mins! I am thrilled with my new shoes and can't believe it took me this long to get fitted for appropriate shoes (versus shopping online and crossing my fingers).
