They have a machine that scans your feet for best size & pressure points. This helps with choosing correct sizing and widths. All the employees were unhelpful, avoided us, and were having there own side conversations. At checkout the lady didn't stop her conversation until I interrupted. Didn't acknowledge me or even make eye contact when I said hello or throughout the checkout. I asked about using my rewards and she said "well you have to let it load" and then proceeding to not bring up or use any of my rewards. Don't waste your time here, famous footwear is much better.

I was impressed they carried size 13 in most of the shoes I was interested in. My wife picked out a pair of sandals for about $25 that she is very happy with. I love to shop here for shoes and clothing brands that I love at more affordable prices. Most recently I was looking for leather loafers for work and shorts for summer. I was able to find both! I got some very comfortable Cole Haan loafers and a couple pairs of athletic shorts/skorts, plus a pair of jean shorts. They had some really cute pajamas as well, but I used self control and did not purchase them. I also love to shop here for toddler shoes for my son. Then on top of this poor business practice he acted cowardly and blocked me from going into his selling streams. He took a gamble and lost and instead of adhering to the agreement and taking his loss like someone who would run a business ethically he cancelled the order. Realize his shoes are vastly overpriced compared to the market. This location also had some Lululemon items. Friendly service by the staff, three fitting rooms, and plenty of local parking. Great value for Lilly pieces, wish we had a location in South Florida.
