I asked about using my rewards and she said "well you have to let it load" and then proceeding to not bring up or use any of my rewards. Don't waste your time here, famous footwear is much better.

The store is Clean, Organized, and Wide Open (maybe they should call it the COW warehouse) and you can almost see the entire store from one spot. Easy to browse for sure instead of hunting for a shoe amongst a background of ugly boxes. I didn't find anything on this particular visit as they didn't have my size in the shoe I liked, but I'll stop back next time I'm in the plaza.

It's sad to see this place so dead for a Sunday, they have a lot of really nice clothes and higher end brands here. They have a lot more Polo, Lacoste, and Tommy Bahama type tops available which is great but not what I needed. Alternatively, they do have a lot of cool jeans and shorts available. The Ladies have pretty much the entire second floor dedicated to them. Nancy was like well I need to take a day and come back here, lol!
