We happened to walk into this store after a late breakfast. Actually, aside from the fact that this is a very nice store, carrying some very expensive but well-made brand name shoes, the service that several of the sales staff provided to the above mentioned blind woman and (yes, true) her blind daughter who were out for some new shoes, was beautiful to watch. Kudos to Conrad, who dealt with us and the blind lady with humour and elan. So, for lots of sales staff for such a small store, for a great collection of shoes and for excellent service to all concerned -- 5/5!

I was able to pick up a comfortable pair of work shoes for under $20 which was phenomenal. The woman's shoe section had a ton of items as well, My partner was able to pick up a few different types of shoes. Her favorite choices were the flats and flip flops. Overall, this store has similar prices to stores like Payless, but the quality seems better. The selection in this store was also better than other shoe store I have been in to.

A heads up that they really do NOT like if you don't wish to sign up for their emails/account. When I politely decline, I always get asked multiple times "Umm, are you SURE??" I came here last Saturday and I found an amazing pair of boots, for 60% off! Awesome shoes, awesome deal...this should have been a nice shopping experience!! I take my boots up to the cash, and the girl asked me if I had an account, and I said no. She said "OK I'll sign you up! Name? Email??". First of all, I would like to be ASKED if I would LIKE to sign up...don't just assume. I told her I no I didn't want to sign up, but thanks anyways. Then she just stared at me for a second, and said..."Um you really should cause we send you deals". I told her that's ok I don't come here very often as I live in Kingston (Canada), and we don't have this shoe store around, and I certainly don't want to get spammed with emails everyday for a store I go into twice a year. She said "Oh well that's ok because you can order online, you don't need a store, so what's your name and email again for the account??" I told her AGAIN I do not want to sign up, and I'm not one of those people who can buy shoes online (I need to try them on), so online shopping doesn't entice me. She continued to just stare at me. After a couple long seconds of awkward silence she said, "Soooo.....is that a yes to signing up?" OH MY GOSH....I told her once again I said NO, I will not be signing up. She looked at me shocked and ticked off, and finally proceeded to scan my boots and send me on my way. You know, for finding great shoes at a great price, I always leave this store frustrated. How about you take the pressure off customers to sign up! And look, most people WILL sign up, but if the odd person doesn't want to, quit being so aggressive.
