Walked in and was met by a warm and friendly associate who definitely was up for challenge. Ben spent time listening to my needs and came back with three pairs that he thought would work. He answered my questions had me take the time to make sure they were a good fit. Left minus my boot with new shoes, socks, and a smile on my face. The saleswoman told me that I had to pay for it. It cost me $50 for a bracelet that I couldn't even wear and spoke poorly to the quality of the bracelet. I had to ask for the beads back as she threw them out in the garbage. I didn't even get all of them back. It's not like I have a huge hand or wrist. I should not have had to pay for a bracelet that I was only trying on to see if I liked it and the fact that she wasn't even going to give me the beads after throwing them out in the garbage is terrible service. I only have about half of the gold beads and now I have to see if someone can create something out of the few beads that I was given back

Snarky, rude and poor customer care…read more There is a sales woman with brown long hair and light eyes who was unapologetically rude and ruined her own sale. My husband was carefully replacing a few socks that my daughter (3yo) had disturbed from their place on display. The saleswoman started to wave her hand frustratedly in my daughter's direction, while repeating "could she NOT! Could she NOT!" Lady, she's 3! And it was being refolded and replaced. I hope the owner knows that I walked OUT. I was planning on spending several hundreds of dollars but, because of that poor attitude, why would I support a brand that hires staff like that?!? When my husband told the woman that this was unacceptable and he was replacing the items to their original place and folding them, she proceeded to tell him to "get a grip sir!" Staff training on customer care is lacking and should immediately be addressed!

Extremely reasonable, no sticker shock, which I always expect and accept as part of buying things while on vacation and also my own lack of embracing the fact I still think it's 1982 when I look at what things cost. I usually like a boot and then put it back down after seeing the label, but not here. Buying shoes is generally a negative experience for me, much less when the whole family is involved, but I had a great time today and at least 5 stars to Foothills Shoe and whoever is responsible (Pretty sure it was the gentleman who was our salesperson). I was able to pick up a comfortable pair of work shoes for under $20 which was phenomenal. The woman's shoe section had a ton of items as well, My partner was able to pick up a few different types of shoes. Her favorite choices were the flats and flip flops. Overall, this store has similar prices to stores like Payless, but the quality seems better. The selection in this store was also better than other shoe store I have been in to.
