This Finish line has been Misleading Their Consumer Base with False Deals and totally disregarding…read morethe customer I for one recently went in to pick up a pair of shoes, it was an amazing deal I couldn't refuse and so here I am walking to what I thought was a respectable establishment and I entered in with a cheery and positive Disposition to purchase these shoes and when I asked to buy the shoes, the employee that was working with them said and I quote I know exactly where they are and I can show you to the other employees and once again I was delighted to hear this he returned with no shoes and they all proceeded to give me a run around story about how they gave it to another store and then lied again and said they processed them elsewhere I left with disappointment anger and a disgusting taste in my mouth I contacted the corporate in order to try and rectify the situation. Well, turns out that Corporate is just as unprofessional and uninvested in their customer base because when I spoke to a district manager, they told me with a cold blank tone of voice that nothing was worth giving compensation or apologize or even deal with the situation in its entirety. This is the most inadequate gross and obtuse way of handling the problem and they acted completely ignorant and oblivious to my concerns, wants or needs please if anyone reads this review I beg and urge you to stay away from this establishment because you will Swindle'd out of hopes and dreams and even more importantly your hard earned money and savings written by an American citizen with freedom of speech.
