I've been going to Empire Visionworks in Fulton for 20 years since I was a little kid. Dr. Kresovich is great and always helpful! This last exam I received a telehealth exam for the second time and the process so quick and easy. The telehealth doctor made sure all my questions were answered and any concerns addressed before ending the exam. The staff Monique and Renee were very helpful and led me to having a great experience. The only miss for me with the company would be that they allow scheduled appointments to be the same time as they open. For example, my appointment was at 9am on a Thursday so I arrived 15-20 min early in case any additional info was needed for me at check in. The business did not open until 9, so my appt did start late. One thing I would change is to only allow scheduled appointments AFTER the location has been opened to allow people to be there on time and not have to wait until the doors are unlocked by employees, along with giving the employees ample time to get the business open (turn on equipment etc.) read more

Horrible experience. Doctor was short with explaining exam, and Melissa was as helpful as a toothache. I tried to get my prescription to be able to order my glasses wherever I wanted, which I was very clear about when scheduling my original appointment. Upon returning to get additional needed info, Melissa was not only rude, but seemed to take any opportunity to not answer my questions. Horrible customer service. Lack of work ethic. No knowledge of their work titles. I am only reviewing employees working at 2:30pm on September 24. Their were 2 women on the job, I will not say working because they did not want to be bothered by a customer. read more

What a great place! I was helped by Michaela to get my first pair of glasses ever, at age 39. I was a bit bummed that I needed glasses, so I went in with a depressed mode. With Michaela helping, the process was fun and my self-conscience attitude about needing glasses soon changed for the better. Her friendly and professional attitude and being extremely helpful really helped me understand what glasses I needed and how to take care of them. I will never go anywhere else for my glasses. Melissa was extremely helpful and patient with me when trying to pick out new glasses/contacts. She spent time with me trying to ensure I was utilizing my vision insurance to the fullest.
