I called DSW & spoke to manager Abbie, she told me to bring them in & she would make it right. Abbie was amazing! So I left a little early so I wasn't late to work (it's been a long pregnancy journey and these really give me peace of mind), I got there and there were none is stock... a very helpful young lady helped me first. She said they just got in today, but had to have someone else come by to assist. Either way, just 5 minutes later, a male employee brought me the Pregmate bag... I am SO thankful for the quick and early help when they're very busy this time of year. I truly wish I got the two employees names that helped me, but ever with something so small, this made my day and my Christmas. These employees work so hard with little recognition. Thank you!! Merry Christmas.

First off- I never received an itemized bill. Only what I paid and original cost. (Should have been my first red flag) Second- one of the pairs of jeans did not match the sku number (right style possibly a different shade but was unnoticed by me) this caused a problem with exchange. Third was charged an uncharted for one of the pairs I picked up in store (they said it was higher price than the ones I was exchanging (it was not) the store said 1 pair the online help said it was the other pair. (The store also said the pair I brought in were clearance) The jeans were on sale when I purchased. Buy on get one 1/2 off I believe. Anywho, I wanted to trade sizes on jeans and return the running pants. I ended up paying for the jean exchange. I'm including photos to show what was echanged was in fact the same as what I got. I did not get anything of "higher value" I will not shop again unless I get $20 credit for what I already paid. Photos are of actual exchange and original purchased items Manager was rude
