Their selection was bigger than I expected, with both soft and hard shell cases, and the price ranges were pretty good and fair. I found a Lucas brand light-weight (not familiar with this brand) semi-hard shell case with 2-inch expander and 360 wheels for $80 bucks. The inside had a full zip enclosure with 2 zip pouches and 2 scrunch pockets, which was what I was looking for. Check-out line was kinda long but again to be expected during holiday season. With that said, I noticed employees worked diligently and kept the line moving.

As she proceeded to tell me her excuse I had to stop her there and said there's no need to explain anything to me about the loss you'd be taking. Why can't you just say ... sorry you're not satisfied with this product but unfortunately we can not exchange these as written here on your receipt. That would have been a Perfectly acceptable and easy response instead of being so rude that you had to explain what kind of loss your not willing to take instead of wanting a satisfied customer. To be fair the staff was very nice and knowledgeable when they helped us the first time when we purchased.
