I bought 2 pairs of Nike Comfort FlipFlops about 2 or 3 months ago one brown pair n one black pair I wore n still ware the brown pair almost everyday but I only wore the black pair maybe twice before they broke so today I took the black pair in its original box but no receipt to see if y'all would at least let me get another pair of black ones since they really were in good shape all but the broke part at the top of the shoe and when I walked in with no questions asked the lady looked at my shoes took them and said u can get another pair I really was in shock and in awe that I was able to get another pair that I almost cried ! They have the absolute WORST staff. I went tonight with my two kids and nobody welcomed us, we were there for almost an hour and nobody offered to help. I planned on getting them matching shoes and would of loved some help finding shoes in their sizes. But the employees were too busy gossiping about other people. read more

About 1 1/2 years ago i started at a new job and needed Dress Casual Shoes. I didn't have much money yet so i bought the cheapest shoes i could afford. Big mistake, over the year my feet would hurt by the end of the day. It was my own fault i choose the shoe by the price and not the quality nor did i ask for help. I am about to start a new job and i wanted new shoes, i went online and picked out a pair that i thought were decent and cheap. I went into the store and told them i was looking for a particular shoe. After talking a bit the Store manager recommended a different pair, at first i was yea ok you just want me to spend more. But when i checked out the quality i could see they were allot better. She told me many people that need casual but comfortable shoes tended to get them. So i got them, i have been wearing them nearly every day since ( 2 weeks ) and they are so comfortable. My feet don't hurt at the end of the day, i notice i walk faster. If it wasn't for the Salesperson helping me i wouldn't have gotten the awesome pair of shoes that i did. I am going back to get the same ones in a different color. I will never go to another shoe store after going here. read more
